Such as life, but I do have a quick day Come, January 1 Iβm gonna try and quit again. I already got the nicotine patches. I got a inhaler essential oil inhaler called FΓΌm
Iβll see how that goes for the new year
Iβm bit tired, and my knees are just taking a beating the last a few weeks.
So far from today here on out, itβs going to the days are gonna be starting to get brighter.
Thatβs something to look forward to
Dixie climbed its leaderboard after getting her active minutes goals in three days in a row. Sheβs at rank 28 in December on the leaderboard rather than being at 30.
Reactive breed minutes are only 5% above her breed better than 3%
Dixieβs rock in the active minutes by 7 oβclock. Sheβs got 157 active minutes average is just usually 121 minutes so sheβs doing good.
π since Iβm sharing Dixie stats, Iβll share a little bit of mineRuntime was about 15 minutes and walk time was about seven minutes.
I never heard this bad at the beginning of running, but Iβm starting to feel it in my legs and knees. Snowboarding is hard on the knees. I know that but today Iβm just feeling it.
I listen to a book called the delusions of crowds today on my run how group school mad Iβm 65% through the book so far Iβm gonna be finishing in the next day or two

I tried reaching 77 books π this year, but just didnβt make it
I got my fastest lap at seven minutes and 47 seconds
But mostly, I stayed around eight minutes and 42 seconds or 50 seconds per kilometre
In two days, I gotta get around 23 km done to reach my 50 km goal per week.
Thatβs about 12,000 and 13,000 steps per day
So far Iβve only done 8.5 km today. Iβm debating about going for a second run just a bump that up to 10 km goal for today make tomorrow and the next day easier on myself.

Youβve done a solid job with your running, despite the challenges on your knees. Itβs awesome that youβre tracking your statsβlike your fastest lap and average times. It might be a good idea to listen to your body, especially if your knees are feeling it. If a second run feels manageable, go for it, but donβt push too hard if youβre feeling fatigued.
