Dog April.11

Monday run Dog park fun 😃 Dixie meets Charley, Tucker, Casey and piper were a few of the dogs we met.  I think I may even seen Maggie. I think when we go we should only give treats to our 🐶 dog.  I asked if I could give a treat to pup and two one year old puppies 😌.  They sat as much as they could. But I think it's an unspoken rule to only give treats to your dog in training. As we had all the dogs jumping at us at the beginning.  They all knew we had treats. Smelt us out. Dixie surprisingly was a better of the dozen dogs there, behaved well. She had a good two years out of the three pups socializing with her. It still a pleasure to go.  More so this time than other times. Kim and I walked to the bench to distance ourselves from everyone there since we took two handfuls each of treats there. After Kim Walker half way across and we called Dixie back and forth between each of us. Occasionally joining other dogs to socialize. It's way easier to go with two people 😜 thanks Ki

Trailer get away

Getting away Dixie and I watch the sun come up 🙂 I wake up early now, after getting off a med. I did sleep for 8-9 some times ten hours on the med. But I'm back to a mostly six hour sleep, off the med.  I think if I control my environmental stress and health on proper sleep times I won't be ending up with 4-5 hours sleeps most nights.  How it usually works is every other day and night I sleep then next night in a state staring at the ceiling wondering life. Those weeks could changings a person's look on life. Which isn't bad getting six hours of sleep.  I'm happy to be off the other med, due to my sugars going A-wall.  I've given up really on omega oils during that time cause I couldn't regularly keep up health fats with the carbs I was eating.  Now I'm thinking of picking up a bottle of DHA for brain health or for some cardio EPA.  To supplement not to cook with. I've drastically changed my diet this last 40 and more days. Kim asked to go camping
