  I did 27 km in 50 minutes  The bridge was tensely coming back going there I was with the wind and coast down the hill. At 80 km/h. But coming back up I could only go 60 km/h cause the wind was blowing at me. Which is normally the case. I stopped at Walmart pick up some nicotine patches and nicotine lounges to help me lower my smoking below 5 cigarettes a day. Hopefully around 3-4 cigarettes would be ideal. Took the 🏍️ motorcycle and had a blast 💥 it’s one way not to smoke I find. Either that or get a whole new car and promise that I won’t smoke in it. And we have all seen how that goes. I end up smoking in it. Better a bike that makes it impossible to smoke and drive. A friend and my dad  Have encouraged me to lower or quit again. So another time to try I suppose. It just some people never get off nicotine. So here I am buying a life time supply of NRT(nicotine replacement therapy) I’m cutting back from a high amount of smoking to a low amount.  Will see how thes...

  Potting soul and manure mix for my flower 🌹 pots Got my soil turn and mixed read for this year. My dad said mid shovelling don’t go have a stroke on me now.  I was sweating badly and still got to walk this evening and I did a six and half hour work shift today. But that’s wasn’t even the hard part of the day, I got my garden 🪴 turned over and four bags of manure in it. My soil looks great 😊  and the soil looks rich. Better than the flower pots. I some garlic has come up. From last spring.  So that looks great 😊  I got lots of garlic 🧄  It was sprouting this year and looks like it will be a good year for it. Also some onions 🧅 ready this year to, should be big for end of year. I also got a wired fence order in to make a bigger garden o or a dog run.  But I really just wanted to make a flower tower in my red planters.  So I’m getting ready for it in May.   A walk in the coulees  We go get walking in the coulees and do a full lap. I forgot to turn in off so I tracked me all the way to the bridge.  We met lots of dogs 🐶 Dixie ran around and greeted many people. She met a dog named Noah that like Dixie lots. We enjoyed our walk Thumbs up for getting out after an eight hour shift that was super busy today.  With 21 deliveries 🚚  After we have a fire 🔥 in the backyard. James brought a tea 🍵 over and we put it in foam cups. Chopped wood, I even burn some BC fire wood 🪵. From my sister. I’ve been saving it and saving it. Today I used it. Two bags of dog dirt  And there still another bags worth I think 🤔 if I looked around for it. Yet most of it’s cleaned up. I’d say for waking up at four a.m. I’m doing an excellent job.   Dinner at the inlaws Kim is using her camera she got for her self, We are all are wishing you a happy Easter 🐣🐇 Kim’s depression acted up this week with me buying a motorcycle helmet.   As such How was your Easter dinner? I’m not much for words in my blog, I went to Kim’s Easter dinner and with ambivalence to family allowed meals but friends excluded meals tomorrow. With Kim cancelling my friends Easter dinner 🍽️ invite and yet going to her parents. I have no idea how she thought that was going to go overall. Kim goes I'm going to die and get injured on a 🚳 bike, I go that's disgusting Kim.   Out walking 🚶‍♀️ after work, we walk to Circle K to get a hot dog.  I got to quit snacking I think if I want to lose weight.  I keep saying to myself.   Other than that I enjoyed the walk. A bit later in the evening than I would of liked. Bryan and James by the pond as we walk the park back home.  A nice wind 💨 not chilly at all I thought. Lots of bench stops on our way, but we kept going after a minute 🛑 stop to catch our breath. Do those walks a couple time and we could be fit. A 50 minute walk and a stop for snacks. A photo here and there in the dark, most of them never turned out as expected.  But it captured the moment of walking at 9 in April. On our walk at the beginning this had street lamps on our walk.   ⛑️ arrives  I got Jesus looking 👀 out for me here in this photo. Getting ready for motorcycle season. My dad thought it was gross sharing a helmet so I got myself one this year.  I’m unsure if he will ride again but I m wearing my jacket got.   It was the cheapest helmet out of the MX-9 helmets I was looking at.  Comes with high peripheral vision on the side of the helmet but that’s cause it’s Google wear not visor. Which I hear is better for city driving when you want to switch from day to night googkes instead of a day and night visor. Also for fogging it’s better to have a Google than a visor. But who’s going to be riding when it’s fogging up any way. Getting there slowly but a bike is getting closer and closer to getting. I’m excited 😊 everyone keeps telling me wait til I have all the money. I think if I’m working I should be able to take out a loan for it.   It’s a bit frustrating on days hearing that when I can’t ride my dads bike til I work on it...
