Two hours in a park

I get down to popsin for 12 and am there til about 2. By the time I got my sub at subway, fed the dog at home it was 2.  This is at the end of our walk, amount we walk, Dixie is quite tired out. At home she’s on her bed laying down after a long walk. How was it? James and I do two laps. Bryan and I do one lap.  So over all I did  three laps. Turns out to be 5.36 km but I forgot to start it for 20 minutes till way into the walk. Do about an hour and 40 minutes of walking. It’s a good day. Before I was 1% below average for my breed of dog the day before 10% below my breed for my dog. On my days off I sure jumped  up on the leaderboard. Just now I check where I’m at and I’m doing good for my dogs.  Almost got double where I was from behind 10% but now I’m above average by 7%. I’m supper happy πŸ˜ƒ about this. Right now I’m mid day on steps for the dog so she is going to get a full blue ring again today. Happy dog πŸ•. Walking is great 😊, it’s my kind of fun 🀩. And Dixie loves it. Mid day

Mid March walk

Dixie gets to go to the river bottom James and I walk Dixie for 3.62 km almost an hour walk.  Talking politics to a point where we agreed we had to change topics again. We did that a few times going back to politics, What else is there to do our excuse is. Started it a bit late in the walk but yeah about 50 minutes worth of walking. 🚢 🚢‍♂️ πŸ•  I enjoy 😊 James company, we both are doing great choices in life.  Walking decompress my day and I even did a work out πŸ‹️‍♀️ out today. I’m getting good time working out.  First bit was with two 40 lbs and then 30 lbs then down to 20 lbs.  then back up to do legs with squats at 30 lbs. I’m a bit tight. My training readiness is poor.  Hopefully not to tight tomorrow.  I might shower down to loosen up with hot and cold as long as I end on cold πŸ₯Ά. Worked lots of muscles πŸ’ͺ and that’s good the dog is happy πŸ˜ƒ. Got  a long walk and her tracker shows it. So that’s good we’re even climbing the local march active counter minutes on the leaderboard

A Beautiful Day in March

Sunday walk Kim and I go walking in the pond.  We were going to stop and get a drink at Tim’s but changed our mind.  I was going to pick up a 6inch cold cut at subway. For a foot and six inches you can buy as much as a 6inch stampede brisket and pop and chips. So if you thought groceries were expensive sub prices are compete with groceries. I found at least. I still think the issue is minimum wage and house prices being subjected to missing Alberta to attract corporations to stay in an uneasy market of sovereignty act.  I think taxes secure oil and gas and Alaska has being getting a nice check for just living in Alaska.  I know people who don’t want to live in Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦. Cause of the cold. πŸ₯Ά Kim thought the wind pressure was too much here. I thought it great 😊. I’m and I take a few photos.  An enjoyable walk. We never did stop any where just kept walking. 🚢‍♂️ a pleasurable experience to walk with Kim we stop at many benches to take a photo. One photo of us a bit away but in the

Cohiba and International women’s day march. 8th

I get smoking a Cuban cigar. Can’t have cigar rings on cigars any more so this is a rarity.  There’s also a shortage of cigars in Canada with plan packing laws now.  I did enjoy journaling those. I couldn’t believe how good the end cut. I got very excited 😊 about how good the end cut. Nice and packed, no flaking. Hard to believe it’s a factory second for it. No running on the wrapper, nice ash. I was impressed.  Sweet notes and no dryness on my pallet.  I’m paring a zero Budweiser non alcoholic beer with it. Some oak notes, I do have a cedar humidor but I find more oak at first I tasted a bit of raisins after it’s lit, and citrus 🍊 at the beginning on dry inhale.   Milk chocolate 🍫 tasty πŸ‘… sort like the beer 🍺 with gets a mossy taste after a sip of beer. Leather smell πŸ‘ƒ  I’m 😊 in a delightful mood. If at all an Albertan disappointed at how bad groceries and fuel is I’m a bit more concerned about lack of minimum wage increase and the housing boom missing Alberta which is worst t

Walk in March

Cold March walking  I get walking with James around a some watershed-pond.  The dog enjoyed our walk, a few conversations we had throughout our walk. We’re both reading material in nonfiction.  So the talks are usually current.  Up for discussion on days off. We met a few other walkers; one James knew, the other Dixie wanted to say hi to another dog πŸ•.  I thought the dog name was cooper. A fun time, my hands were cold the entire time. So that made doing a second lap unattainable. I told James the second lap will happen next time cause it’ll be warmer in a few days.  Hopefully on an upward trend πŸ“ˆ most days for the thermometer 🌑️. That’s my hope, winter πŸ₯Ά seems to be hanging in there, for such low snow pack. Out and enjoying 😊 the weather. I’m hoping to do a small work out πŸ‹️‍♀️ for 1/2 hour so I’m up for work this week. Dixie leading the pack and pulling hard for most the walk, she was even eager to do a second lap. It sounds like you had a lovely walk with James and Dixie at t
