Friday Yard Work

Get turning soil I went out to the front to see a walker that comes by at a certain time to have a cigar. To talk about books were reading.  The dogs like to see each other. Dixie she tells everybody she is interested in meeting. Giving a Yelp here and there for excitement. I get digging. Will get the seeds going. Notice some garlic coming up and dug around it ☺️. Even some lettuce πŸ₯¬ is coming up.  I don't know if it'll survive this last snow storm.  The dirt got turned and some leafs got dug in also raked up some leaves and put in a bin.    While I'm in the back the wind is blowing and diet is getting in my face.  I am working feeling very good this Friday.  Usually I don't get this much done. Usually up to my head in anxiety. After the years the deer took care of the cedar.  Took everything from the bottom off.  All the time I'd look at it and discuss with my brother that we'd trim it up like his house. I started think I'd better just do the job. I pull

We got ours

Easiest needle ever,  I never even blinked.  Being a guy who's been hospitalized in the last year😌 I became eligible for the vaccine. I took vitamin D, vitamin C, zink, and Omega oils all through the week. Even a probiotic occasionally. To boost my immune system up. I asked if I could take a photo and they did if for me.  I thanked them and I never had any reactions at all.  A bit dizzy maybe not enough to be worried about being impaired.  I got a pop and didn't even light up my cigarette at the exhibition.  I felt no one wanted to be near it.  So I basically smoked them if you got them when I got home. I would make a joke about being micro chipped.  But I do kind of feel, those jokes are old by now. Kim since she is a bit smaller and is missing three organs. She felt the list that they said some would feel and told the nurse.  She got juice and ice pack.  We went together but seperate.  I left and went to back room. I guess it wasn't long after they realized nothing was

Before the storm

Out walking Kim and I get out before the temperature drops.  Walking in are cool clothing.  A few quick snaps of the camera as we walk. We never ate before we went at 1-2 ish and that made the walk have lots of whining.  Yes it effects adults as much as kids. I had to stop at Tim's and get a bagel and cream cheese. Which is not the healthiest thing for a walk. Actually I would of never even burnt off the calories from it.  So I felt sluggish.  I kept trying to keep going. Kim on the other hand stopped at every dog, stop for other people behind us to walk in front of us.  To pass people only to let them pass us again. There has to be a better way to train a dog πŸ•to stay with you and not be telling at a dog to Jumping Juno up the whole walk, like maybe seeing the same in front and behind stability meet and greet and longer relationship goals for walks rather than a targeted disappeared dog to dog back again to another dog then the disappearance of the dog that comes back and the w

A Date after Appt

Holiday Date Kim and I go to a doctor appointment,. I got pick up a kombucha and sit at a park wishing I brought the dog πŸ•. Which it was a good thing I didn't cause soon after the appointment πŸ˜ƒ we thought we would go get supper. First Kim got her hair done and she looks fabulous.  I am chauffeuring her over the city.  First I did bring the dog πŸ• and Kim's mom said hi to her.  Dixie was the state of excitement, I wait for the call to pick her up.  I didn't bring her the second time but might of been good if I did.  If I did we would of never been able to go on our date leaving her in the car.  It got to be a warm day and we both wore flip flops everywhere. Going to that hairstyles we pick up breakfast at McDonald's.  Dixie got an ice cream cone, which would of been a good photo opportunity but we didn't.  She never got one on her birthday. Here's last year's photo. This year she actually got the cone, they weren't doing that last year with Covid. The

Walk in Popsin

Going for a walk Seems like the thing to do on Easter Break is take the dog for a walk.  The water was a bright green in places, higher than normal.  Dixie ran in but came everytime we called. We had dog kibble but forgot the gluten free treats.  Taking in the warmth and sitting on a bench every chance we could.  We walked to the river.  There was a huge up hill part getting back to the car. Dixie behaved with every dog and did not get trampled this year.  She would jump up and that got every dog excited for her.  Usually shed jump on bigger dogs.  Yet this time πŸ˜ƒ she behaved. The shallow part of the river Dixie went in quite far, I had to call her back so she would go swimming.  I still think if she got in deep water she would be carried away.  Yet every call to come she would run for us.  Walking she would run ahead then stop and see if we were walking behind her. We took a ball which she didn't seem to enthused about it.  Often to pick it up and drop it before she got back. B
