  Dan and I get to popsin before the sun ☀️ is up A beautiful morning in Lethbridge, we were watching the sun ☀️ slowly moving down the coulee but we got to the park fifteen minutes before the sun came up. Made an amazing morning a 😎 🥶  Not many on the paths at this hour. We managed to do another half a lap, exactly 3 km we even took a break to warm up and get Dan some gloves from the back of my car 🚗. I have a dozen work gloves 🧤 in my vehicle 🚗. An awesome 😎 morning, chilly 🥶 yes. 🙌  Second lap trying to get the ☀️ sunshine. It got chilly 🥶. We watch the top of the coulee see the sun come down It’s hill side and we say a big buck on top of the coulee looking 👀 down into the river bottom. The picture above you’ll see a buck on the ridge of the coulee caught in the sunshine It’s hard to see but with the zoom you sort of see the close up of the buck in the picture.   Six A.M. walk to Tim’s  Dixie and I get running 🏃‍♂️ this morning then end of walk I light a cigarette 🚬. Such is myself in this problem of smoking.  To early not to smoke and yet not late enough to not to smoke 💨. At first I thought my gps wasn’t tracking me cause I went into Tim Hortons to get a coffees drink and croissant 🥐 for the dog and I. But it said my gps just turned on so I was like I ran this and it never tracked. I set it up on battery saving gps instead of all sat and thought this was the issue. Yet to my surprise 😮 it worked out fine. Managed to do 36 minutes of walking and five maybe ten minutes of running. It says I got to do more vigorous work outs, just how to do it with out running myself out of stamina. I had fun 🤩 this morning walking Dixie she was super happy when we got home.   I’m refreshed and ready to get to Christmas 🎄  I get walking through the leaves 🍂 with Toby.  We walk for the full lap around Henderson Park.  Beautiful weather You could hear the water lapping against the rocks with the wind, blowing it slightly with ripples across the pond a beautiful day.  Went had a little bite to it because were cold, but I just pulled over my hoodie and I was fine for the walk 2.84 km in 35 minutes.  Made to be a great time to walk while it was peak temperatures out when we went as warm as it was going to get today. Walk around we give the camera 📷 a thumbs up.  Today sort of got busy with stuff to do, but managing to get a walk felt great. 😊  Toby treated me out for sandwiches which was a nice treat.  Went by the grocery close to his place, and He gave me the fresher of the sandwiches, which was kind of him his was gonna expire in a day, so I don’t know how much he enjoyed it, but I tried to warn him about the expiry dates on sandwiches, but he did a good

  Walk with Dan, I buy coffee ☕️  I was telling Dan, I was getting excited to go back to work. Only have one more day off after today and I got to get the garage completely cleaned so hopefully park two vehicles in there. Although the dreams are nightmares, I couldn’t decide what they were. I’d be putting groceries away in refrigerators and then the food kept on falling out. Usually I don’t dream, but for some reason, I remember this dream 😴… while off work.  It didn’t bother me like I thought it should but I was like huh? 🤔 that’s not supposed to happen. The end of the walk we take a photo. It was about 4 km in an hour, but let alone that I did a kilometre and half before Dan showed up… Great he joined our walk and helps make the walker a little bit more funner with someone than alone and he’s a pleasure to walk with.  I was saying he had a pretty good head on his shoulders if I was walking with him.   But chiller this morning for the walk Kicking 🦵 through the leafs, we were expecting rain but got lucky that it never started til we finished walking, 🚶‍♂️ Allyson is a pleasure to walk with, and we managed to get on a walk that we’ve been planning on going for months. Dixie is doing great, last seven days she got a walk every day either twice a day or more. We walk 2.8 km in about forty minutes, didn’t have Dog bags til a bit into and luckily she never went til we were a few steps away from the doggy bag box 🗃️. Dixie got her first good sleep 💤 score in her seven days average that’s always positive. I’ve been watching her with the weather change as much as we watch ourselves and I think 🤔 we all get to have a bit of seasonal disruption when weather is changing for the year. Dark days are tough in Canada 🇨🇦 but we managed to get out on an adventure even with poorer weather that snow is going to happen in the afternoon. Dixie is 48% above her dog breed. Happy to see this.
