Plus five Celsius Sunridge park

Dixie and I run around Sunridge Park when it’s +5 Celsius outside right now just beautiful 🤩 It’s hard to believe that it’s +5 in December right now but I think we’re the only place that’s brown or green in Alberta so I’m very thankful for that at the moment I think Calgary and Edmonton have a decent amount of snow pack Want to run around one of the watersheds in Lethbridge it’s still froze over although the rivers you can see some ripples in it of water moving . Dixie and I had to start running just as the sun was going down. I still have to go grocery shopping after this blog post so I’m looking forward to that. 3.8 km and 32 minutes  I really wanna do 5 km in 30 minutes at least once in 2025 Gotta pick up the pace for that have to be at least five - Six And seven minute pace per kilometre for that to happen for a few laps proceeding  each other lap This run I felt the best I have in all my runs that I have done so that’s good. I was well trained or had a good traini...

5 km, 1 Celsius run Riverstone

It gets dark at 4:34 so the photo wasn’t so good today Dixie and I get running we do a 5 km boat. If I did it another minute of running I would’ve got 5 km wow such. My VO2 max climbed one point so I’m happy about that Dixie fell on our leader board for December. She was ran 28 and now she’s ranked 31 for December leaderboard So far I’ve done 11.5 km today. That’s what my steps counted. So far, I only have to do 10.8 km to reach my goal of 50 km each week. The goal is tomorrow to do a couple walks and one run. 🏃‍♂️  Plus1 Celsius today Dixie is climbing up her breed average for active minutes. She’s at 14% above average now From 5% average yesterday Some of my stats,  in a photo at the end of the blog post There were many Christmas lights everywhere down the street. It was very beautiful… The spirit when you run by will lose lights. It was an amazing time. It sounds like you had a full day of activity! Congratulations on your VO2 max improvement and hitting 11.5 km alre...

Almost 5 km plus 5 Celsius

Dixie and I almost 😅 do five km Dixie, I get running around going through some parks. I had to use my watch flashlight to get through. We saw some deer as we passed them. We crossed the university, a fun time.  The lights on the road make an incredible impression after you’ve been running dark paths. 5:30 🕠 it’s pitch black out.   My laps going good, 😊 Dixie started getting tired and stopping more and my knees started to hurt.  😞 By the time we got home, but I could smell dog cause she was sweating. I was in a full-blown sweat when I got home. 🏡  Runtime was about 24 minutes and walk time was about 13 minutes a decent amount my max heart rate was 185 bpm,  my average heart rate was 153 Dixie has 19 more minutes to get her activity minutes to reach your goal. It’s early still 630 but it seems dark and late because it’s so dark.  We aren’t doing so well on the leaderboard for December either rank 30.  That’s for working in retail during Christmas. ...

December. 16

Two walks and one run -3 Celsius Dixie and I in the coulee. Dixie got bite by another dog today, I won’t carry on about it but we’re okay.✅ Just wash it at home 🏡 with some warm water and dove sprayed on a rag of some sort paper towel actually and then i can just throw it away. Dixie felt a bit uncomfortable 😳 at home so I took her for another walk and then a run 🏃‍♂️. She also got an English muffin bite and a donut 🍩 bite. I told her that those two Doberman dogs 🐕 🐕 are mirroring and reflecting its owner, and that owner probably doesn’t give them bites of English muffins or donuts A walk with Toby at Henderson  I enjoy 😊 our outings and had a terrific time, Dixie Tractive collar was charging today so no dog stats today. Out for a run at the edge of the city 🌆  At last we do a run, I had to take Tylenol just before the run 🏃‍♂️ do to a new pain. I got a searing pain in my knee when I move it or turn my body a different way. Any way it seems to be manageable. Go...

December. 11

-2 Celsius at Sunridge We run 🏃‍♂️ in the foggy weather Dixie and I are having a blast. She actually ran pretty good for our first run together. It didn’t bug with my run at all. I don’t think so. Next time I’m gonna take her again. Only a minute delay in my second lap do to that I had a poo 💩 to pick up and I was taking photos My legs are feeling pretty tight when I was running. I was like should I do another lap and I was like just take it easy you wanna be productive today you don’t want to be over reaching. And it payed off too went from over reaching to productive A shorter run that I would’ve liked to, but I’ve been just pushing myself so hard to get exercise that I gotta slow down a bit. This walk was only 2.5 km and 22 minutes. A decent run for the amount I did the last few days Dixie is doing good. She rose from rank 36 to 33 in her leaderboard in December from our run this morning so I’m happy about that so is Dixie. Yahoo  Dixie sleep is affected lately. I think...
