I did manage to take two photos on my run 🏃♂️
I was a bit warm on my run 🏃♂️ with Dixie. Should have never done it with a vest got to be in the double digits in positives today I think plus 22 Celsius the vehicle said.
Kim and I ate at Opa today since we were busy with stuff. I managed to put all the dishes away in the dishwasher to get the dishwasher on and clean up the sink of dishes.
Kim bought my Opa. 😊 she did say she’d walk the dog tonight other than Dixie was begging to go for twenty minutes and I just took her.
she did the other day walking 2.37 km in 34 minutes.
I don’t think Kim’s feeling the best tonight. Hence us eating out instead of cooking cause we’re drained after the day. For body battery 🪫
One walk at 1.5 km in 21 minutes one run twice as long at 3 km in 30 minutes and two session of weights for a total of hour and ten minutes today
Bryan did lift weights with me for the first session, of 38 minutes. I gave him a protein drink and we drank our coffee with protein drink sort of double fisting before lifting weights. 🏋️♀️ I then managed to go for a run in the afternoon. Must of been the hottest time of day for a run 🏃♂️
Bryan and I tossed the stuffy to Dixie with the ball 🎾.
My muscles are tight this evening, showered cleaned up for tomorrow work schedule.
Dixie got lots of attention today at 184 minutes of activity today.😎
Dixie is 50% above average of similar dogs 🐕 in her breed. She is rocking the active minutes with ball tossing and walks. I picked another bag of dog dirt up.
Still got lots left to do.
Dixie is ranked 29 on the leaderboard for April
Just above Finn and below Wesley.
Sound quick stats how I’m working in this
All of April is beating March but… my walking and running has slowed down as I do more weights at home. 🏡
Weights have went way up in April compared to March. This week relative effort is above my weekly range but I did take two week before being in my weekly range below my weekly average. If that at all makes sense….
So I did take to weeks in recovery after my heart event and HRV went low for a week.
It sounds like you had a very active day with Dixie! Great job balancing your walking, running, and weight training. It's impressive to hear that Dixie is really racking up the active minutes and even ranking well on the leaderboard for April.
It's understandable that you may have slowed down on running and walking as you focus on strength training, especially after taking time for recovery. It's important to listen to your body and prioritize recovery, especially following a heart event. Keeping track of your heart rate variability (HRV) is a smart move to ensure you're not overdoing it.
Keep up the great work with both your fitness and Dixie’s activity! 🐕💪
Wow!!!! Busy day 😀
