Kim walks 2.65 km in 42 minutes, she is doing great 😊 Kim got her heart rate up to aerobic capacity for most the walk.
A good zone to be in to get the heart rate up so she was making a good pace in the walk. For that to happen.
Moderate intensity minutes was most the walk.
Three lap times for a km and aver pace was about 16 minutes per km. She did her best on the last lap at 14 minutes per km.
Dixie analytics 📊 are.
She is a ranked 38 in leaderboards for April. Out of the local dogs competing. She is only 14 % above her breed today but that’s good on how much I’ve had time or Kim has had time to walk her.
I’ve been working six days in a row this week on rotation. So I’ve had little to no time after work to walk her, although I’m sure my stress would drop dramatically if I were to get my runs in with work and walks in.
It sounds like Kim and Dixie had a productive walk! Kim's pace improved in the last lap, and achieving an average of 16 minutes per km is quite commendable, especially considering her busy schedule. It’s great to hear that Dixie is performing well on the leaderboards, ranking 38 for the month, despite the limited time for walks.
Balancing work and exercise can be tough, but even short, regular walks can make a significant difference in reducing stress. If you can carve out a little more time for walks, it might really help both you and Dixie. Keep up the good work, and don’t hesitate to share your progress or any challenges you face! 😊
It’s going great 😊 I’m really enjoying my work and home life seems to be good 😊
So no complaints or much of a challenge besides work load of home life is piling up.
Although Kim did laundry and cleaned the kitchen which is a huge help with house stresses
Although it’s going to be lawn mowing season soon and then it gets definitely piles up quick for house work 🧹.
Great day to get out ☀️🤗🥰 happy walking !
