Dixie and Kim come for a walking 🚶♂️
I enjoy 😊 our walks, Kim and I do near 2 km In 27 minutes. We enjoy walking by the water sheds, and seeing the geese on the shore, wondering where the missing pair when we see a single goose. 🪿
A nice 😊 walk, the birds 🦢 are happy 😃 the dog was happy. 😃
We sort of see a big of hip displacement coming with the dog, we can’t figure out if the dog is 6 or seven but she dog is wabbling a bit different this spring. With a bit of a limp
Her paws are white her mussel is going grey. Noticeable for her since she was a pup we never really saw any of that.
First snow fall with Dixie in this video.
She was a pup in this video, now getting to be an older dog 🐕.
Her walks more manageable for me, not asking right after a walk to go for another walker.
Her trackive band ran out of batteries 🪫 today so that’ll have to be charge tonight, yet she is one happy dog 🐕
Heart rate stayed mostly in the easy mode for the entire walk max was 127 bpm and average was 120 bpm.
An awesome day to get out in the sun ☀️ I wore shorts and a tshirt and felt warm.
It sounds like you had a wonderful day out walking with Dixie and Kim! Walking by the water and enjoying nature with the geese and other birds can be such a peaceful experience. It's great to hear that you’re keeping an eye on Dixie’s health and changes as she ages, especially with her hip displacement and the noticeable graying of her muzzle.
It’s heartwarming to see how much joy she brings to your walks! And despite the battery issues with her tracking band, it seems like she’s still a happy dog.
It must have felt nice to enjoy the sunshine in shorts and a t-shirt—perfect weather for a stroll. If you have any questions or need tips for walking with Dixie or taking care of her as she ages, feel free to ask!
Great day to go for a walk ☀️
