  Kim joins me on a walk just as the rain is falling  I managed to talk Kim going for some awesome 😎 photos of us walking 🚶‍♂️  The dog 🐕 today got one walk and one run. Now As the rain is coming down harder, she’s at the back door, whining to go out in the rain 🌧️ she loves rain ☔️  Beautiful Kim humouring me to take a quick photo Before this evening walk…. So far it’s said it’s going to rain ☔️ in an hour all morning. Dixie and I go for a run 🏃‍♂️ a 2 km but my training status did not leave recovery status.  Harder to get productive zone n my watch and less than two weeks to my end of training coach to make my goal.  Managed to do an average pace of 9:45 per km. My walk run and idle times on my 2 km run. 🏃‍♂️  Mostly in easy running 🏃‍♂️ but it felt more harder today than other days Dixie paid no attention to the geese the geese seemed more concerned than the dog. 🐕  Dixie was more Interested in there poop 💩  Some deer  🦌 we ...

  Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin.   A walk in the rain 🌧️  Dixie and I got wet, don’t worry we rubbed her down when we got home with a towel and she loved it. 😍  Dixie was ranked 25 on the leaderboard for April but now is at 27 We had a great 😊 time seeing geese by the water sheds. Dixie thought the rain was great, she was asking to go once it started.   1.88 km in 24 minutes average pace per km was 13:12  The dog did good on our walk, I thought it would be good for a photo to say the least. Some may say “why rain” but I think it’s great it’s raining usually a little too little of rain and to many sunny ☀️ days. An adventure for sure to get out in this storm ☔️. It sounds like you had a wonderful time on your walk with Dixie, despite the rain! Dogs often love the rain, and it’s great that she enjoyed her time outdoors.
