Plus 24 still running ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Run 6 km in an hour and two minutes

Dixie and I by the university park, and through Nicholas Scheeran Park.  It was under pest spray so signs were up in the park for no dogs and no running.  ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ I never saw the signs til midway in the park.  Which by then I was running halfway through the park. It got up to 32 Celsius today. 29 in the house ๐Ÿก with the AC not working it got hot late into the night, so a cool run while it was 24 Celsius outside seemed the better option definitely ๐Ÿ’ฏ

The run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ ended in the dark at about 10:30 ๐Ÿ•ฅ

I donโ€™t let the heat in the house slow me down, although I do get a bit grumpy if I donโ€™t eat and sit in the heat to long.

A run feels great, a bit short of breath tonight but stayed mostly in aerobic and easy heart rate.

How much running was done and walking in the graph above ๐Ÿ‘† some idle time for photos.

It sounds like you had an energetic and adventurous run despite the hot weather and park restrictions. Covering 6 km in just over an hour, with some time for photos and pauses, shows your dedication to staying active even in challenging conditions. Running in 32ยฐC heat can be tough, but it's great to hear you maintained a comfortable, aerobic pace. Keep up the great work, and hopefully, next time you can enjoy your run without park restrictions and cooler weather!

The dog ๐Ÿ• stats are in from yesterday run

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Dixie and I go for a run  ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem ๐Ÿ˜Œ We made good time.  For a hill run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. โ˜€๏ธ  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Mustโ€™ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good ๐Ÿ˜Š today, itโ€™s the first time Iโ€™ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

A fawn born on our yard

A baby fawn was born on our lawn and itโ€™s trying to warm up in the asphalt Iโ€™m guessing itโ€™s still warm. Weโ€™re trying to give it space hopefully it mother comes by so weโ€™re staying inside. I just went outside for a smoke and it crawled under the vehicle ๐Ÿš— lots of people are walking by it not noticing it then others are stopping.  Quite the thing to see. A few hours oldโ€ฆ itโ€™s still wet with mucus on it. With Kimโ€™s super camera zoom is we could see Fish and wild life say to call in 24 hours if animals are left by moms  So weโ€™re hoping people leave the fawn alone.  Although itโ€™s a super cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž thing to see. I think it hoofs are still soft from being born thatโ€™s why itโ€™s staying put since it went on that hard surface till itโ€™s hoofs Harden. It crawled on its knees after the side walk and just hunkered down for a bit. Two hours from first spotting.  Still there hiding under the vehicle ๐Ÿš— it kind of a good spot of course thereโ€™s better picked spots but itโ€™s half and hal...

Bryan and I ride 21 km plus 20 Celsius

Bryan and I ride for 21 kmโ€™s A cooler day than other days so Bryan and I cycle through Lethbridge. I manage to do three PRโ€™s today (personal records) And won a badge for climbing 500 feet. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ  Here we are at chinook lake, on the north side of Lethbridge. I was mostly in the aerobics zone for my cycle a bit of threshold and easy cycling ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ also. Averaging speed 13.7 km/hr Max speed 43.7 km/hr Move time was an hour and a half but with breaks and bench sits it was two hours. Bryan in front of the wolf ๐Ÿบ statues. Back at Bryanโ€™s place taking a breath from cycling over to Bryanโ€™s house ๐Ÿก  The hill was a bit difficult ๐Ÿ˜ž but I manage to make it up.  My laps are here below and my relative effort this week shot way up for the trip. Made my week better, I thought I was going to be below my relative effort and not make my weeks score.  Yet Iโ€™m way above average for my score. Looking over the river valley and taking a break at a bench. Wow, it sounds like you and Br...
