We have an air quality issue today
After my run, I’m sitting by the Clematis plant that’s growing beside me. It’s blooming today.,There’s a special air quality alert to issued today so it’s pretty smoky. I’ve stopped quitting, quitting smoking. 🚬 So after my run, I have a cigarette
My average heart rate was one 29 bpm and a 30 minute run 🏃♂️ at about 3.3 km my average lap pace was about nine minutes and 22 seconds per kilometre
I was mostly in the easy heart rate zone, but I did get into aerobic Heart rate zone.
I did manage to run in the smoke, I didn’t think it was to bad. But it did make my throat sore.
This morning Dixie got 49 minutes of active minutes before nine am.
Dixie is ranked 34 for June leaderboard for this month so far. I’m hoping to climb up
To 25 if manageable for the month.
Thanks for sharing your update! It sounds like you've had an active day despite the air quality challenge. Running in smoky conditions can be tough on your throat and lungs, so it's good to hear you're aware and cautious about it. Remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body's signals.
Your heart rate details show you maintained a good balance between easy and aerobic zones, which is excellent for endurance building. Keep monitoring how you feel, especially with the smoky air and quitting smoking—your lungs are doing important work.
Great job on Dixie’s active minutes and her leaderboard ranking! Aiming to climb from 34 to 25 is a strong goal for June. Consistency will help you reach it.
