Kim steady 8 km plus 19 Celsius

A decent walk steady endurance and moderate heart rate zone.

Kim and I do an excellent walk a little bit later in the heat of the Monday morning to afternoon.

Wow, it sounds like you had an fantastic and energizing walk today! Your detailed walk stats and positive mood reflect a great effort and good planning. Here are some highlights from your walk and activity:

- Distance: 8 km in about 1:45 hours of move time

- Average speed: 5 km/h, with speeds up to 10 km/h during sprints or brisk moments

- Heart rate: Average 122 bpm, max 136 bpm, mostly in moderate and easy zones

- Calories burned: 1000 calories, with a combination of walking and added weight

- Active minutes: 169 minutes for Dixie, which is impressive!

- Weather: Warm with a nice breeze, making for a comfortable outing

- Kim's presence and motivation clearly helped, leading to a successful walk

It's great to see all the effort you and Kim put into your activity while keeping it manageable and enjoyable. Your focus on moderation, endurance, and keeping the walk longer rather than elevation is a smart approach. Also, Dixie seems to be thriving with her active minutes!

Keep up your positive momentum and listen to your body, especially in the heat. If you aim for 10 km next time, perhaps plan for slightly cooler parts of the day or incorporate more shade. Congrats on a wonderful walk and maintaining your happy mood today!

Kim and I made a good pace of 15:31 km.

Did it just over two hours I carried a 30 lbs weight pack also 1000 calories for the walk.

Am about to eat some protein and cottage cheese and some

Omega oil and beef jerky’s.

Some of my walk stats.

Average speed was about 5 km per hour, at max speed Kim and I did 10 km per hour. There was a nice breeze around the coulee, move time was 1:45 hours and minutes only about an 15 minutes of sitting. 🪑

Average heart rate was 122 bpm and max was about 136 bpm.  115 minutes in moderate heart rate zone.

1:40 minutes in easy heart rate zone and 22 minutes in warm up heart ♥️ rate zone

At the end of the walk it got to be 24 Celsius by the time we finished ✔️ suppose to be 26 Celsius today

A decently amount of Walking, we thought Kim would be very red but it’s more of a tan after the walk. So she is happy about this.

The dog got her active minutes for our walk. 169 active minutes and it’s only 1:30 🕜 pm

Dixie is ranked 31 for June leaderboard so far still hoping to drop down to 25 by the end of the month.

15 % above her dog breed, and 128 active minutes daily average for the Dixie the dog right now

Dixie is doing good. 😊

Im in a good 😊 mood and happy 😃 for the day. I was getting disappointed we weren’t going to try en Kim said let’s go. Once she got up. So I’m super happy we did 8 km I was hoping for 10 km but we did 8 km it would have taken us an extra 30 minutes if we did 10 km. So two and half hours I think the heat got to be quite warm today.

Kim and I did talk about some elevation gains but decided to keep it simple elevation and do a longer walk. Lots of times we encourage us to keep the walk longer than turning around. So I was happy 😃 so is the dog.

🐕 Kim and I took that 15 minutes out of 2 hours of walking in sitting in parts in standing in the shade or sitting in shades of grass or on a rock 🪨 in the shade.

Some times the benches where in the sun ☀️ so not all of the fifteen minutes but the longer stops were in shaded spots.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour 🏃‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

A fawn born on our yard

A baby fawn was born on our lawn and it’s trying to warm up in the asphalt I’m guessing it’s still warm. We’re trying to give it space hopefully it mother comes by so we’re staying inside. I just went outside for a smoke and it crawled under the vehicle 🚗 lots of people are walking by it not noticing it then others are stopping.  Quite the thing to see. A few hours old… it’s still wet with mucus on it. With Kim’s super camera zoom is we could see Fish and wild life say to call in 24 hours if animals are left by moms  So we’re hoping people leave the fawn alone.  Although it’s a super cool 😎 thing to see. I think it hoofs are still soft from being born that’s why it’s staying put since it went on that hard surface till it’s hoofs Harden. It crawled on its knees after the side walk and just hunkered down for a bit. Two hours from first spotting.  Still there hiding under the vehicle 🚗 it kind of a good spot of course there’s better picked spots but it’s half and hal...
