Dixie and I run 🏃♂️ 3 km
Sun is shining, I got my yellow trainings on yellow leash. Sun ☀️ is shining, exercise definitely 💯 decreases my stress. You can see this Friday I never ran and my stress was at 50 that day.
A day like today is half that. And a seven day stats are in and I can see my stress is way down again with every day I exercise.
So more do stabilizing my mood, metabolic syndrome how I eat and sleep. 💤
I’m at a year low on stress this end of February with my running and training. Kept me motivated to get out once the weather cooperates
My VO2 Max went up ten points in the last six months
My VO2 Max went up ten points in the last six months
I think it’s easier to see results in VO2 max than weight has been hard to manage this winter
My BMI is finally dropping after December and January spike
I was skirting near obesity still over weight but at least it’s dropping now
Couple more weeks til I get my lipids checked again to see where my blood 🩸 work is
Hopefully it’s still plummeting been eating cottage cheese for breakfast lunch and eating psyllium husk
I’m expecting jurassic change from where I was in January
My body fats dropping faster than my BMI
And this morning I got a 💯 body battery 🔋, which I’ve never seen before
Next few days are nice weather and I’m getting out while the weather is nice 😊 sun ☀️ shining weather. Alberta blue sky’s
How my 3 km run 🏃♂️ looked like is great 😊, got in my run after grocery shopping, taking bottles back.
It’s been a great morning to afternoon
The dog stats come in she didn’t sleep 💤 the best neither did Kim or I never did either getting a fair sleep 💤 but I still got a good body battery. 🔋
Dixie is 7% above her breed for today’s active minutes.
It sounds like you had a fantastic day! Running 3 km with Dixie in the beautiful sunshine must have been refreshing. It’s impressive to see how your regular exercise is positively impacting your stress levels and overall health, especially with significant improvements in your VO2 Max and body fat.
It’s great to hear that your BMI is dropping and that you’re feeling motivated to keep up the exercise as the weather gets nicer. Eating healthy, like incorporating cottage cheese and psyllium husk into your meals, seems to be working wonders.
Remember to keep an eye on your lipids; it sounds like you’re on a positive path! Enjoy the nice weather in the coming days, and keep up the great work with your training and running! 🏃♂️
Great! 👍😀 C
