I get my vehicle worked done today

 Walking to the mechanics 🧰

Dixie and I walked to go pick up my vehicle after some work got done on it,  I washed it a day earlier just so it wasn’t a mess to work on, Although things dried up pretty quickly with this wind on going.

I walk 3.7 km and 45 minutes, I have to increase my walking for February. I only have a day or two left to do it..

I’m on a nine day streak with reaching my daily steps.

It slowly climbing up in steps every day

My laps were decent for walking 🚶‍♂️

Some stats saying how long a I walked for and how fast also my heart rate.

Dixie is ranked 28 in February for the leaderboard in February.

She is 17% above average for dog active minute in her breed.

She is always above average.

By 3:45 we only have 26 minutes till we succeed to gain her four day streak activated for reaching our active minutes for four days.

It sounds like you and Dixie had a productive walk to the mechanics! It's great that you're focusing on increasing your daily steps, and it's impressive that you're on a nine-day streak. Walking 3.7 km in 45 minutes shows you’re keeping a steady pace, which is excellent for both your fitness and heart health.

It’s also fantastic to see Dixie doing so well on the leaderboard! Being 17% above average for active minutes is a testament to how active and healthy she is. Hopefully, by the end of the day, you both can celebrate achieving that four-day streak! Keep up the good work, and enjoy your time with your vehicle and Dixie! 🚶‍♂️🐾

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour 🏃‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Walk and a run in to the vet

Another adventure for Dixie,  she is an expensive dog….🐕 We enjoy 😊 our walks. Up top of the coulee you can see the university  Sonny and I go walking the south side dog park,  it tricky terrain for sure.  It’s nice 😊 for the scenery I think, yet a bit treacherous at times.  A person has to be careful let alone a dog 🐕 being careful. Here is Sonny and I smiling giving a thumbs up to the camera 📸  The walk was decent though some difficult 😞 parts for today, Dixie is on a 14 day hiatus from walking.  She’ll probably want to go sooner rather than later. I think we’re stuck to just five minute poop 💩 walks than the hour or two hour walks we usually do. I’m unsure when it happen but my guess is near the end of the walk when I noticed it. Dixie gets to close to the bushes today, I kept looking her over but noticed a different spot on her at the end of our walk.   Dixie goes through some bushes and gouged a piece out of her. Now Dixie has th...

A fawn born on our yard

A baby fawn was born on our lawn and it’s trying to warm up in the asphalt I’m guessing it’s still warm. We’re trying to give it space hopefully it mother comes by so we’re staying inside. I just went outside for a smoke and it crawled under the vehicle 🚗 lots of people are walking by it not noticing it then others are stopping.  Quite the thing to see. A few hours old… it’s still wet with mucus on it. With Kim’s super camera zoom is we could see Fish and wild life say to call in 24 hours if animals are left by moms  So we’re hoping people leave the fawn alone.  Although it’s a super cool 😎 thing to see. I think it hoofs are still soft from being born that’s why it’s staying put since it went on that hard surface till it’s hoofs Harden. It crawled on its knees after the side walk and just hunkered down for a bit. Two hours from first spotting.  Still there hiding under the vehicle 🚗 it kind of a good spot of course there’s better picked spots but it’s half and hal...
