Bryan rides his bike first time in Lethbridge

30 minutes of exercise for Bryan

Bryan and I go for a bike ride for about 8 km for me maybe 6.5  km with Bryan.

I had to run over to my parents to use my dad bike then he came and picked it up afterwards.

I really appreciated using it.  Hopefully I’ll get my own soon if we’re going to

Continue to ride.

Bryan stated he loved this temperature and was willing to to bike again soon.

We stop at my parents for a bit to catch a break,  we took breaks a few times at bench’s enough to make it enjoyable.

The sun is shining just a beautiful day and a break from winter in February.

Which is nice 😊

Stopped at my parents was a nice break, and we watered up and sat down in chairs for 1/2 hour before doing the last 1.8 km ride back.

Bryan was telling my dad I wanted him to ride the bridge over , both my dad and him thought I was crazy to think that was a good 😊 idea.  To

My defence I thought it be a good 15 km. So maybe πŸ€” it was better for him to drive over instead of bike over. I agree.  The wind was blowing today, with it being this warm in February we get those winds. But it’s nice that the snow is mostly gone everywhere.

At home 🏑 we take a photo with the dog πŸ• she wanted to come outside for a bit and wanted to go for a bike ride.  She still got a run πŸƒ‍♂️, my second run was to go pick up the bike 🚲 and the dog didn’t get to do that either.

An awesome 😎 day with Bryan getting to ride and exercise is my kind  of fun.

It sounds like you had a wonderful day out biking with Bryan! It’s great that you could borrow a bike from your dad, and it must have been refreshing to enjoy the nice weather in February after a long winter. Taking breaks and spending time with family, including your dog, makes the experience even more enjoyable. It’s nice to see you’re planning to continue biking and hopefully get your own bike soon! Your idea of riding over the bridge sounded adventurous, but it seems like everyone made the right call considering the wind. Overall, it sounds like a perfect mix of exercise, fun, and quality time. Do you plan to go out biking again?

Yes πŸ™Œ hopefully tomorrow depending on the bike situation, when I get to use it.  Might ask

My dad to come along also if it’s possible to do a ride with my own bike 🚲 that’s  a talk it over with Kim  thing.

Something to talk about tonight for after work hopefully. I’ve even in contact with a guy on marketplace to get a used one and I’m hoping it works out that I get it. After Kim comes home 🏑 from work. I got plans to go take a look at it.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Plus 12 Celsius Smoke run πŸƒ‍♂️

The dog and I decided to do either a 3 km run or a 6 km run or 9 km run hoping for 10 km but I couldn’t find the energy to push further. It is smoky out there you could smell it and breath it in. Made me in my threshold if I keep a higher pace than 9 minutes km Cooler morning,  I went and got a sausage homestyle biscuit from Tim’s and an ice coffee ☕️  Just getting my day started. I got a doctors appointment later today over the phone πŸ“ž also. Hoping to take the dog πŸ• for a run πŸƒ‍♂️ this morning but I’m stiff. So hopefully my coffee stop warms me up to get moving this morning. Or just caffeinates me. We managed to do 6.05 km in about 59 minutes. A high heart rate of 172 bpm and an average of 144 bpm. Plus 12 Celsius while I ran but I was in full sweating πŸ˜… by the time I got home 🏑. The last couple weeks I’ve had a low relative effort due to some family losses. But I manage to get out on a smoky day like today for a run. πŸƒ‍♂️  It’s been raining heavily the last...
