Dog π is at my feet π£ on this full moon π night
π£ after my run I put my feet up. I took some psyllium husk before my run, I think I have two weeks to decrease my cholesterol so I donβt get my cholesterol pill increased. Itβs been two months of inactivity. So getting out and running is just what I need to do.
I think itβs make believe to think I can lose ten pounds to my blood work day.
But I think if I fast before hand π€ I might be able to get a lower metabolic syndrome of poor insulin and cholesterol so thatβs what Iβm planning with taking psyllium husk and cottage cheese in the morning for protein.
And some meat π₯© for supper planned For Thursday
1.83 km of running πββοΈ Iβm 16 minutes.
I feel great after
Managed to make a run after work and pick up groceries for Kim and my Valentineβs Day gift π. I bought rib eye steak π₯© for Thursday since weβre going out with friends on the Friday.
Iβm excited π for it, instead of flowers πΉ itβs usually what I do is get steak π₯©
The dog is laying down on her bed now.
I was running for about ten minutes and walking for about four. And 2 minutes of inactivity maybe due to dog dirt and dog sniffing.
41 VO2 max I went up one point which is nice π
30 km winds tonight so it got cold π₯Ά, -15 when I went for my run. πββοΈ I started the run hard and had a pace of 5 minutes for the first time .8 km
My running and walking and a a few idle times in my walk. Most of it was at the end of the run πββοΈ.
The dog stats today are
Dixie is average for her breed minutes she hasnβt fallen under our average even with this bitter cold π₯Ά she is really what makes me run 30 minutes more minutes more than the average male when at home. π‘
It sounds like you had a productive run today, especially given the cold weather! Itβs great to hear that you're getting back into an active routine after a couple of months of inactivity. Running alongside your dog, Dixie, must make it even more enjoyable, and it sounds like she's doing well too!
Incorporating psyllium husk and cottage cheese for protein is a smart choice, especially if you're aiming to improve your cholesterol and insulin levels before your blood work. Reducing weight healthily in a short timeframe can be challenging, but itβs great that youβre focusing on both exercise and nutrition.
A 41 VO2 max is impressive, and itβs wonderful to see you improve! Stay warm in the cold weather, and keep up the good work with your training goals.
Good run on this windy evening π C
