Dixie goes for a walk with Toby and I, sort of a cooler wind today, I think we were a bit cold.

2.31 km I forgot to stop the activity so it might of only took us 25 minutes to do 2.31 km.



Dixie sleep interruptions have dropped dramatically last night, but let me tell you I did not sleep good after my Covid vaccination. I didn’t take any painkillers 💊 that would have help my fever or soreness away.  My own fault but today I feel way better than last night.

All to keep a cold to 3-4 days rather than two weeks of flu or Covid.

I’m happy the vaccine 💉 is available here for us.


The dog is off leash here she enjoys her off leash time.

It sounds like you had a nice walk with Toby and Dixie despite the chilly weather! It's great to hear that Dixie's sleep interruptions have improved. It's understandable that you didn’t sleep well after your vaccination, but it's good to know you're feeling better today. Keeping that cold short is definitely a win!


It must be wonderful to see Dixie enjoy her off-leash time—dogs really thrive when they can run free. 🆓

  Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Night run 5 Celsius 🏃‍♂️

  Night run 🏃‍♂️ after work  Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night.  After work I do a 45 minute run 🏃‍♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12. It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running 🏃‍♂️  I’m sweat 😓 a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat 😅 the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent  That’s a good feeling, I’m happy 😃 to say.  Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading… Hey guys, Uh 🙄 I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing  Eh um  😐 cough… The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life. Do you think turmeric will help?!?! I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. Walk mid October with my Mom

  Walks with my mom The water looks like glass just crystal smooth.  My mom and I are walking to the river and in life. It’s like we’re always walking away.  Getting closer to the end, my poet mind says.   I say I got to enjoy these walks and I was silent most the walk just trying to enjoy 😊 my time with her. Or walk end more so with 🐾 paw printed pants 👖 from dogs jumping.  We say maybe a dozen dogs 🐕. A wonderful time.  I often thought it was too early to spell like alcohol.  But surprised to pass another walker, but each to their own I probably smell like an ashtray. Although I never smoked or chewed tobacco on my walk.  I just want to walk with my mom.  Often times I don’t think I could spit out everything I wanted to say so much so that I just said in these moments you don’t have to chew tobacco and say anything.
