Coming to the end of days off🙂

 Walk with Dan, I buy coffee ☕️ 

I was telling Dan, I was getting excited to go back to work. Only have one more day off after today and I got to get the garage completely cleaned so hopefully park two vehicles in there.

Although the dreams are nightmares, I couldn’t decide what they were. I’d be putting groceries away in refrigerators and then the food kept on falling out. Usually I don’t dream, but for some reason, I remember this dream 😴… while off work.  It didn’t bother me like I thought it should but I was like huh?

🤔 that’s not supposed to happen.

The end of the walk we take a photo. It was about 4 km in an hour, but let alone that I did a kilometre and half before Dan showed up…

Great he joined our walk and helps make the walker a little bit more funner with someone than alone and he’s a pleasure to walk with.  I was saying he had a pretty good head on his shoulders if I was walking with him.

I buy us coffee or down a hot chocolate as we’re walking around. I was jogging with 2 cups in my hand earlier to do a lap before Dan got there..

4 km in an hour is not a bad time, not the best for pace either with a jog for half a lap before either Dan showed for time made up earlier, What didn’t make up for the top lap, we made up in conversation with Dan is a pleasure to chat 💬.

Dixie is doing great. She’s at 60% of breed above her breed.

And the most sleep interruptions at the beginning of the night it says Near 10 o’clock she she kept on getting up and walking around like she didn’t wanna go to bed although she didn’t get long walk yesterday….

 not as long as she’d like I didn’t quite make her active minutes yesterday I was having a slow day that day.

I am over-reaching my watch training status is saying this morning it said maintaining for a training status but is now overreaching, I love having a screen walking around with a raining status of overreaching.

Just makes a guy feel great.

I was telling another garmin wearing or trying to that I like my screen saying my training status for the day.😊

Just makes the day feel more accomplished when it stats are saying productive or over-reaching.

But with my health it don’t take much excitement to get that high status quickly…. lol 😂 

Dixie has been steady at rank 26 this entire time off. We were rank 28 but now we’re just too under so we’re doing well but we haven’t been able to budge off the rank of 26 for the leadership board of October.

we have been counting our steps, try and get enough active minutes for her to beat that on the leadership board, it’s hit or miss what type of breed dog One gets for activity.

Dixie just has a beautiful personality or she’s not too active that she’s tearing down a house but just enough active to just be enjoyable to be around all the dogs she met at the dog park were tails up and wagon. Just an awesome personality.

It was Finn this morning but now it is spook. We dropped two ranks this morning believe it or not.

Didn’t have problems with any dogs when dog got picked up on our walk. The owner said he was kind of a scaredy cat dog so the second time we passed him they just walked on by each other and..

It sounds like you had a lovely and eventful walk with Dan! Getting back to work after a break can definitely be exciting, especially with the tasks you have lined up like cleaning the garage. It’s great to have a specific goal to work towards, like making space for two vehicles!

Your dream about the groceries falling out of the refrigerator is interesting. Sometimes dreams can bring up unexpected thoughts or reflect our worries, even if they don’t directly bother us. It’s intriguing how our minds work, especially during times of rest.

You managed to cover 4 km in an hour, which is pretty good, especially with your jog beforehand! It’s wonderful to hear that your conversations made the walk more enjoyable. Having a good friend to chat with can really make a difference.

I'm glad to hear Dixie is doing well! It sounds like she's a great companion and has a charming personality. Maintaining her rank on the leaderboard must be rewarding, even if it’s been a bit challenging. It’s clear you’re putting a lot of effort into keeping her active and healthy, which is so important. 

It's nice to know that you didn't have any issues with the other dogs you encountered. Social interactions can be a huge part of what makes walks enjoyable for dogs—and their owners!

Overall, it seems like a productive day with friends and the beloved Dixie.
