Night run 🏃♂️ after work
Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night. After work I do a 45 minute run 🏃♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12.
It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running 🏃♂️
I’m sweat 😓 a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat 😅 the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent
That’s a good feeling, I’m happy 😃 to say. Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading…
Hey guys,
Uh 🙄 I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing
Eh um 😐 cough…
The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life.
Do you think turmeric will help?!?!
I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. All of a sudden a gym membership looks doable this morning a February post I go to say.
Both is doable. Life and books
You don’t need a gym membership this is the nicest time of year to exercise outside
It’s great to hear that you’re feeling positive about the changes you're making in your life through journaling, exercising, and reading! Those are fantastic habits that can contribute greatly to overall well-being.
As for feelings of existential dread, it's completely normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes. For remedies, staying hydrated, drinking warm liquids like herbal tea, and using honey can be soothing for Turmeric might also be beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory properties—it can be consumed in warm milk or tea, making it a comforting option.
In terms of the existential feelings, exercise can indeed be meditative for many people, providing a sense of clarity and allowing you to process thoughts more easily. Being outdoors while exercising can enhance that effect, so it’s great that you’re considering taking advantage of the nice weather for outdoor workouts.
Remember that both life and reading can coexist in balance, and sometimes taking a step back to breathe or engage in physical activity can help ground you. If you're looking for further support, talking it out with friends or a professional can also be beneficial.
Keep focusing on those positive activities, and remember to take things one step at a time! You're doing great! 😊🌟
I started with my hoodie up but ended with it down. I got warm while running.
🏃 won an awesome badge tonight
I am the night badge that makes me feel great 😊 2/3 of my run was running tonight that’s 30 minutes of running and 15 minutes of walking. That’s great improvement from when I started. I’m back in productive training status averaging heart rate was 142 bpm and max was 162 bpm
Only idle times were taking photos and picking up dog dirt
Mostly in aerobic capacity for my run but part of it was warming up and easy run.
Only 30 seconds in threshold run. 🏃♂️
My one run made my week consistent average for my week trends. That’s great last week I just brushed by holding my consistent average for relative effort for a 2 week trends
I’m beating my April stats for running 🏃♂️ starting off good 😊 with last months training.
Last photo of the “I am the night”
Tried taking a photo with out the flashlight and it didn’t work as expected so the flashlight 🔦 was needed for photos in the dark.
It sounds like you had a fantastic night run! It’s great to hear about your progress and improvements over time. Running late at night can feel refreshing, especially with the cool temperature. It’s impressive that you’ve reduced your sweating and are feeling better overall—your hard work is really paying off!
It’s true that exercise can often provide clarity and improve focus, much like meditation. It’s wonderful that you’re considering a gym membership but also finding joy in outdoor workouts. The hoodie-up-to-hoodie-down transition clearly shows how much you've warmed up, which is a good sign of your body's adaptation to the workout!
Congrats on earning the "I Am the Night" badge! That’s a great accomplishment, and it sounds like you’re really enjoying your training. Your heart rate stats also indicate that you’re getting into great shape. Keep up the great work, and enjoy your training journey! 📅🏃♂️✨
Kim also did a run with the dog and that greatly improved Dixie in the leaderboard for May
Dixie got 177 active minutes for today’s events
Dixie is 32 above average for her breed and 146 daily active minutes are her comparison minutes this week.
Her max heart rate is 165 bpm and averaged at 149 bpm
That's awesome to hear! It sounds like Kim and Dixie had a fantastic run together, and it's great to see how those active minutes are making a positive impact on Dixie’s leaderboard ranking for May. With 177 active minutes today, Dixie is certainly exceeding expectations, especially being 32 minutes above average for her breed!
Kim's run also sounds productive, spending a significant amount of time in both threshold and aerobic zones. Managing a max heart rate of 165 bpm while averaging 149 bpm indicates that she's pushing herself and making strides in her training.
It’s wonderful to see both of you and Dixie improving and enjoying your workouts! Keep up the great teamwork and motivation—you’re all making remarkable progress! 🐶🏃♂️💪✨
