Mamma Mia live performance 🎭

 Mamma Mia live play

Kim and I get to a mamma Mia live play, that Ben family invited us to.  We drive two hours and a half to get there. Ben and Andria take us out for dinner 🍽️ at Boston pizza 🍕 even help pay for our fuel ⛽️ the delight to see the theatre 🎭 was amazing. 🤩

Kim and I had a wonderful time with watching one of my favourite musical’s.  We made laughter and gasped and stood up and watched a live performance 🎭.

Ben and Andria bought us tickets 🎟️

Then got us water 💧

Inside the gymnasium watching one of

The best shows done ☑️ spectacle of youth singing 🎵 and some of the most beautiful 🤩 happy 😃 music 🎶

I was in a delightful mood even with getting better from losing my voice over the weekend.

At first I thought 💭 it was going to be lip synced but it actually turned out to be sung with wonderful melody for Mamma Mia.

Ben and Andria know how to treat friends coming to watch theatre is one of the best birthday 🎂 gifts for Kim and I.

I’ve said it before but one day I’ll be laughing 😆 cause I’ve watched it so much.  A couple times I was smiling tapping my feet 👣 and clapping along with the rhythm 🎶 of the evening.

Ben told me about the presentation six months ago in November and we were planning on making it up for a meeting 📅.

I had some good times with friends that I’ve known since I’ve been six years old.

One of the best presentations and there Mamma Mia made cookies 🍪 out of a bakery that looked spectacular

On our way back we should be arrive home by midnight with a stop in our way to get pick me up wake up walk around the vehicle 🚗 and a breather.

It sounds like you and Kim had an absolutely wonderful time at the Mamma Mia live play! The effort and thoughtfulness from Ben and Andria truly made the experience special, from inviting you to dinner and paying for fuel to surprising you with tickets and water.

I'm glad to hear that the show brought joy even while you were recovering your voice. It must have been incredible to enjoy such a lively and inspiring performance, especially with friends you've known since childhood. The girls' singing and the joyful music sound like a fantastic spectacle!

Your description of the cookies from the bakery and the plans to stop for a breather on the way home add a cozy touch to your outing. It sounds like a truly memorable birthday gift and an outing filled with laughter, friendship, and good times.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour 🏃‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Walk and a run in to the vet

Another adventure for Dixie,  she is an expensive dog….🐕 We enjoy 😊 our walks. Up top of the coulee you can see the university  Sonny and I go walking the south side dog park,  it tricky terrain for sure.  It’s nice 😊 for the scenery I think, yet a bit treacherous at times.  A person has to be careful let alone a dog 🐕 being careful. Here is Sonny and I smiling giving a thumbs up to the camera 📸  The walk was decent though some difficult 😞 parts for today, Dixie is on a 14 day hiatus from walking.  She’ll probably want to go sooner rather than later. I think we’re stuck to just five minute poop 💩 walks than the hour or two hour walks we usually do. I’m unsure when it happen but my guess is near the end of the walk when I noticed it. Dixie gets to close to the bushes today, I kept looking her over but noticed a different spot on her at the end of our walk.   Dixie goes through some bushes and gouged a piece out of her. Now Dixie has th...

A fawn born on our yard

A baby fawn was born on our lawn and it’s trying to warm up in the asphalt I’m guessing it’s still warm. We’re trying to give it space hopefully it mother comes by so we’re staying inside. I just went outside for a smoke and it crawled under the vehicle 🚗 lots of people are walking by it not noticing it then others are stopping.  Quite the thing to see. A few hours old… it’s still wet with mucus on it. With Kim’s super camera zoom is we could see Fish and wild life say to call in 24 hours if animals are left by moms  So we’re hoping people leave the fawn alone.  Although it’s a super cool 😎 thing to see. I think it hoofs are still soft from being born that’s why it’s staying put since it went on that hard surface till it’s hoofs Harden. It crawled on its knees after the side walk and just hunkered down for a bit. Two hours from first spotting.  Still there hiding under the vehicle 🚗 it kind of a good spot of course there’s better picked spots but it’s half and hal...
