I get my vehicle worked done today

  Walking to the mechanics 🧰  Dixie and I walked to go pick up my vehicle after some work got done on it,  I washed it a day earlier just so it wasn’t a mess to work on, Although things dried up pretty quickly with this wind on going. I walk 3.7 km and 45 minutes, I have to increase my walking for February. I only have a day or two left to do it.. I’m on a nine day streak with reaching my daily steps. It slowly climbing up in steps every day My laps were decent for walking 🚶‍♂️  Some stats saying how long a I walked for and how fast also my heart rate. Dixie is ranked 28 in February for the leaderboard in February. She is 17% above average for dog active minute in her breed. She is always above average. By 3:45 we only have 26 minutes till we succeed to gain her four day streak activated for reaching our active minutes for four days. 5.5 km run plus 9 Celsius

  It started with asking a few people to join me Average pace above 9:52 per km I started out good running then in the middle I had a harder time getting up the hill, but then on the flats again I started running and picking up speed back to a decent lap. Started and ended in about 8 minute per km pace.  In the middle on the up hill I slowed down and my legs hurt but after getting a pace again near the end I thought I was doing good.  It still said I have a 63% stamina at the end of the run, I would have liked to do another lap after I did the hill so good. 😊  Yet I got to work evening tonight so I’m getting all suited in my work uniform to get to work. About 27 minutes of running and 22 minutes of walking. Plus 10 Celsius and a 3 km run

  Dixie and I run 🏃‍♂️ 3 km Sun is shining, I got my yellow trainings on yellow leash.  Sun ☀️ is shining, exercise definitely 💯 decreases my stress. You can see this Friday I never ran and my stress was at 50 that day. A day like today is half that.  And a seven day stats are in and I can see my stress is way down again with every day I exercise. So more do stabilizing my mood, metabolic syndrome how I eat and sleep. 💤  I’m at a year low on stress this end of February with my running and training.  Kept me motivated to get out once the weather cooperates  My VO2 Max went up ten points in the last six months My VO2 Max went up ten points in the last six months I think it’s easier to see results in VO2 max than weight has been hard to manage this winter  My BMI is finally dropping after December and January spike I was skirting near obesity still over weight but at least it’s dropping now  Couple more weeks til I get my lipids checked again to s...

Bryan rides his bike first time in Lethbridge

  30 minutes of exercise for Bryan Bryan and I go for a bike ride for about 8 km for me maybe 6.5  km with Bryan. I had to run over to my parents to use my dad bike then he came and picked it up afterwards. I really appreciated using it.  Hopefully I’ll get my own soon if we’re going to Continue to ride. Bryan stated he loved this temperature and was willing to to bike again soon. We stop at my parents for a bit to catch a break,  we took breaks a few times at bench’s enough to make it enjoyable. The sun is shining just a beautiful day and a break from winter in February. Which is nice 😊  Stopped at my parents was a nice break, and we watered up and sat down in chairs for 1/2 hour before doing the last 1.8 km ride back. Plus 9 Celsius 2.18 km run

  Dixie and I get running in the wind was blowing pretty hard.  I had a cigarette I know I quit, but I had a cigarette today about five of them in the morning before my run and while seconds before leaving on my run and my shin splints really hurt today. Problems of smoking and not smoking for a day.  It Was 1000 times worse today than other days. 2.2 km about in about 20 minutes.  My laps were not the best I’ve ever done ✅ might of been the worst laps at 10 minutes per km pace but it really says my average was 9.34 minutes per km pace Just before my run, hyping myself up to get going a minute after my cigarette 🚬.  Man my shin splints hurt incredibly bad today. Worth noting for sure 👍  Dixie is still a rank 29 for the leaderboard for February. She is doing great 😊 still early in the day, but she’s still only 5% above average for her dog breed to active minutes it’s only noon.
