Kim river side plus 28 Celsius

One of the few weekends we get to spend together and we are in the riverside with our lemonade and ice cap. Dixie never had a ball again in this riverside, so she was fully aware that we needed to pay attention to her, she whined the entire time.  Need to remember a ball 🏀 this is the second trip there with no ball ⚽️  Kim and I made a game of calling her back to each of us, and trying to keep Dixie attention away from playing tug a war with another dogs stick it found as deadwood and jumping up on people is a Nono. It was mission impossible but we managed to keep her listening enough til we left. We stayed there for 20 -30minutes and then came back up with not much issue besides not finding a poop 💩 when we looked in the spot in the grass and one of the three dog dirt bags that was empty floating to far away to get before we noticed it. Two things that slightly made bad owners of us in the moment. Possible three if you think of forgetting the ball ⚽️  My keys fe...

Turtle 🐢 Ruckering

My mom, Kim and I walk down to check out the turtles 🐢 I carried my 30 lbs weight on me. A decent amount of walking and stopping, I had fun time walk around with my weight. 1.8 km in 40 minutes with stopping and talking photos of turtles 🐢 and giving Dixie water 💧  350 total calories for a 14 kg weight on my back and walking 🚶‍♂️. It be a hard sell carrying that weight all the time.  Kim takes a few photos of a turtle 🐢 family as we hike through the park. There are lots of them, hard to miss them in the river. I thought we stopped and looked at them for a bit too long but continued down the path to check the other side of the wetlands. Kim and I enjoy the walk and she takes a few good 😊 photos of the dog getting a drink out of my water 💧 bottle. Either this laryngitis I’ve not really done much walks with the dog but I have done a fair amount of cleaning.  The dog is spot on for her breed active minutes  Some of my stats were 144 bpm max and and average o...

🎶 down by the riverside 🎶

Dixie and I are eating lunch 🥪 by the riverside At one point  we flip to look the other way as a breeze was blowing nicely this afternoon. It’s the first time I’ve sat in the river this year or this spring.  I’ve been telling people I’ve been waiting for it for a while some other people at the right idea too, and we’re sitting in the river too or walking by it. I think this is a place to be is in the river… We ate subway in the river the dog got a few chops of the sandwich 🥪 and other dogs were just as interested in the sandwich 🥪 also. Made to be a tense situation between two dogs 🐕. I know Dixie gets jealous of our time but food idk it’s a come to be happen stances that dogs go crazy for time and food. But they were good in the river Dixie got a bit anxious and started whining. Well for the entire time I just got fed up and went after she was asking for my sub. Then a ball. 🏀 then to other dogs 🐕 then cause I was just sitting there in the river.  So I ended...

Ben and Andria bought us tickets 🎟️  Then got us water 💧  Bottles with Mamma Mia  Inside the gymnasium watching one of The best shows done ☑️ spectacle of youth singing 🎵 and some of the most beautiful 🤩 happy 😃 music 🎶  I was in a delightful mood even with getting better from losing my voice over the weekend. At first I thought 💭 it was going to be lip synced but it actually turned out to be sung with wonderful melody for Mamma Mia. Ben and Andria know how to treat friends coming to watch theatre is one of the best...

Back yard mow and gardening 🪏

I get mowing the lawn and gardening today. I manage to make two blue garbage bins to the green bin of weeds in the garden. 🪏  Then I mowed the lawn, saved the grass clippings for the garden 🪏 most likely my dad gardens. I’m trying my Rucker weight mowing the lawn. Took 40 minutes with a 30 lbs. weight attached to my back. 1.75 km in 40 minutes max heart rate was at 150 bpm and the average was 129 bpm range. Some of it was aerobic and some of it was anaerobic a decent amount to stiffen me up and tighten my muscles  💪  23 minutes in easy heart rate zone  and ten minutes in aerobic heart rate zone. I get my first spade 🪏 in the ground after weeding but take a break after ward. Haven’t got back in to the garden since I mowed the yard. I have a cold 🤧 and the last five days. Due to inflammation in my throat, I'll be unable to achieve half a dozen badges this month. I'm being cautious to prevent the inflammation from affecting my lungs, particularly given my hi...
