Bryan and I go to legacy park

The picture here is looking over the dock at legacy park.

Bryan and I do a lap, in legacy park work out πŸ‹️‍♀️ at the gym in he park.  That might be why  the steps slowed down in the first lap.

We do 1.6 km the first time walking Bryan buys me an ice coffee and the first go of the walk. We do a figure eight on the paths.

Here we are just getting to he out door gym in legacy. Or it might be just after I can’t remember

Move time was about 20 minutes and a bit of working in the gym at the park, talking, and taking photos looking for amenities for Bryan.

We ended up going back to Tim Hortons and I bought the second round of ice coffee after Bryan buys the first round.  Then we park in kfc parking lot so Bryan could buy a chicken burger. πŸ”

I declined the chicken burger and picked up two containers πŸ«™ of cottage cheese after the chicken burger at Sobeys while he ate his chicken πŸ” burger I got a 500g and a 750 g of cottage cheese. The other day I went to save on foods and they didn’t have it on there shelf. So today I picked up a few days meals of it.

I ate my cottage cheese with ice coffee at Bryan’s after our walk around chinook lake.

Over all about 30 minutes of walking, 🚢‍♂️ with a short break in between.

But Bryan was a good sport for walking with Dixie and I today.

Over all I wash the cottage cheese down with an ice 🧊 coffee ☕️ still got another 250 g left in the container so I’m really working on protein lately.

Sticking to

My diet, the last two weeks I’ve lost about a pound so that’s about .5 a week, keep that attitude up

It’ll be 20 pounds lost in a year.  I might not even be over weight after that, I just got

To Lower my cholesterol lately been taking fiber and about to run out of it. So I’m going to buy Metamucil next instead of

The brand I got last.

Hopefully my diet excels even with exercising that my cholesterol meds don’t get increased I hear there is some

Body discomfort and muscle get sore easy in exercise if your on high doses.  So if I can manage it enough with my couple meals of cottage cheese and fiber mix that I’ll be a win win. πŸ₯‡

The dog is way above average in active minutes so she is doing stellar. Dixie is at 44% above average for active minutes. Hurray.

Dixie is 27 on the leaderboard for March she doing great 😊

It sounds like you had a really active and enjoyable day with Bryan and Dixie at Legacy Park! It's great to hear that you both managed to fit in some exercise, enjoy some treats like iced coffee, and even prioritize healthy eating with the cottage cheese.

Lots of weightlifting πŸ‹️‍♀️ will eat cottage cheese and chicken and eat so much of it to build muscle. πŸ’ͺ it’s also affordable and clean meat πŸ”

Maintaining a balanced diet and staying active is a fantastic goal. Losing around half a pound a week is a smart approach and can definitely add up over time. It’s also good to be mindful of how your body responds to diet and medication, especially when it comes to cholesterol management.

If I loose enough fat I might start supplementing with more omega oils. Or if I get aches in my legs I might be too low in cholesterol and supplement with a bit of it.

I’ve only had a few nights where I had to get up to walk off a leg cramp while sleeping πŸ’€

It sounds like Dixie is thriving too, which is always a plus. Dogs can be a great motivator to get outside and get moving!
