8 days quit smoking

🚬 8 days from a heart event 🚬  Today I run just under 2 km High average is 147 bpm  and average pace is 8:27 per km. We ran popsin park and temperature was about plus seven Celsius. An enjoyable run  The photo is a few days old,  my HRV has been low for a week and finally went into balanced today.😊 My training status has saying I’ve been strained for the last week and just stated it’s in recovery today from strained because my heart rate variable became balanced again from being so low for a week. Today’s run was a mix of running and walking more walking near the end. Mostly in an aerobic exercise zone. Max heart rate gone up to 163 bpm Morning had spider bite on finger itchy all morning  Think I had a heart event after run started at 6 PM after work  Drank iced coffee last day of work rotation to stay up to do 5 km run  Night had hot sweats when sleeping cold shivers when I woke up  Thought it would end sometime in the night still was ha...

Kim run 8 Celsius Sunridge

Dixie and Kim go runnning Dixie just super happy to be running 🏃‍♂️ with Kim. Near 2 km and it says 36 minutes but Kim never stopped her watch after the run 🏃‍♂️  She did good  😊 although her idle time was 13 minutes so her run would of Been about 23 minutes and near 2 km that’s an awesome pace and to Be proud of. Max heart rate got up to 165 bpm looks like a threshold for maximum bpm and 6 minutes of running and 17 minutes of walks that’s over over 1/3 ratio.  Kims rocking the run with Dixie and getting natural anti depressant from running endorphins do awesome things that’s why I run. 🏃‍♂️  makes me feel like the world is not going to end in the next day. Kim spent most her time in aerobic which I think is partial cause she didn’t turn off her run 🏃‍♂️ or her threshold number would be the majority of the graph 📊  Dixie did good 😊  Kim did great 😌  Some favourite things we get to do, RUN 🏃‍♂️  It sounds like Dixie and Kim had a fa...

Plus 8 Celsius run 5 km

I’m running again this 5 km kept my head buzzing the entire time. Felt dizzy 😵‍💫 the entire time, all those years of smoking and my lungs 🫁 were like yeah let’s move through all this chemical and work again.   Five km in 47 minutes I still want to be at 37 minutes for five km but I should be happy with this result. I don’t feel so tired 😴 and this was supposed to be a rest day for me.  But since I missed a few runs in the week I decided to run 🏃‍♂️ on my rest day. Dixie is supper excited 😆 to be home after our run, was was doing laps around the house 🏡 when we got home 🏡 full of enjoyment from our run.  She is eating now she didn’t want to eat til we ran. Was getting noticeable depressed see we never went out right after work. Run time and walk time was evenly split between.  My heart rate jump up to 182 bpm and I was in a head rush most the run. 🏃‍♂️  My pace was all around 9 minutes per km, I never went all in on my run just tried to make it en...

-1 Celsius Tuesday threshold run popsin park

It felt warmer at popsin than on top of the coulee, -1 Celsius Tuesday threshold run popsin park I get running with Dixie a threshold run. 🏃‍♂️ almost 4 km and 35 minutes.  I actually ended it short cause I didn’t want to double back on my run at the end for 3-4 minutes 🏃‍♂️  My average heart rate was 164 bpm in zone four for most my run in a heart rate variable. My warm-up and cool down didn’t exactly meet any zone one or two for very long. It was definitely a threshold holder on.. I was supposed to do a cool down for 10 minutes, but I just did seven minutes and a half.  As I said for warm up and cool down, it was intense for me. How a threshold looked for me with walking and running. 🏃‍♂️  Dixie climb to 31 for the leadership board for March.  She is doing great. 😊  After a run, I pull her close to me to take a photo not very many photo opportunities on the run just trying to keep up with the threshold. But at the end of the run, I took a quick ...
