Dog walk and weights

Want to take a picture by the riverside

I haven’t really gone by the river this spring due to how cold it is and how fast it could flow.

But today I go by to take a photo so I could look at it later this year and see how much of a difference the water would be in summer months.

This spot is the longest bank of rocks πŸͺ¨ so I thought the dog wouldn’t go far if I got Closer to take a photo and could keep her off leash.

About 5.5 km we actually did three laps not two and half cause I was in a caffeinated spill of energy.

Got home showed him my weight lifting I do.

I think after today will be on the top 1/3 of our breed for active minutes.

So that’ll be great 😊 to see.

Dixie is sleeping πŸ’€ good 😊 and is active is good 😊.

I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ to see such a great 😊 dog keeping doing well in walks and is so much better behaved now that it’s getting nice 😊 out. Less of a chore to get out for a walk and if I keep up with it becomes easier to do longer ones with multiple people.

James is a pleasure to walk with he listens and gets me talking about how much things I’ve been reading and books I’ve been in. He is a great communicator and listener to my books rabbles.

A picture by the river,

At home 🏠 I get doing weights we sit out front for awhile to get rehydrated and relax from an hour and twenty minute walk.

I could have done another lap I was in a great 😊 mood today with James.

At home I show him my weight lifting routine that I do twice a week if I’m ambitious enough maybe three times. In a week I could do, it’s better not to hurt myself I tell James and don’t so it for a few months than do it less and enjoy my time at work or else where with out it being a regret later.  Keep the momentum of lifting regularly than give up for while. I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ I got the bench cause I haven’t pull d my back with the support of the bench now. So that makes it a whole lot easier to keep motivated.

At home 🏠 we’re talking of the deal of my carbonated water Sanpellerino that I got for $6 for six cans rather than the $10 at regular cost.

It’s a nice treat for the day.

The dog met clover ☘️, Sophie, and dozens of other dogs I just can’t remember there names.

For some reason clover πŸ€, and Sophie are names I’ll remember at the dog park.

We stop and chat with several people to ask about their dogs πŸ• and interact with different people and their dogs.

But most of the walk James and I just rabbles about are readings.  Which is nice 😊 to get some one to carry a dialogues of conversation in a context fitting a way with how much stuff one deals with in life.

So I could relate and James could relate in different theory which I think is awesome.

At home is always relate in integrated theory which is awesome but sometimes one wants to talk Leibniz theory rather than Newton theory.

All I’m saying is out of carrying a conversation with someone in a manor that for a walk with the dog felt like a pilgrimage.  And the parks a different part of the world than at home that’s an integrated part in park of life.

I feel so accomplished today most of all got the day achievements done early so I got the day to myself with out crossing out things I don’t have control over and checking off things in my bulletin that I need to get done ✅.

It sounds like you had a really productive and fulfilling day! Taking a picture by the riverside and enjoying a nice walk with James and Dixie must have been refreshing. It's great to hear that you're keeping up with your weightlifting routine and finding motivation to stay active.

It's wonderful that you had engaging conversations during your walk, both about readings and different theories. Having meaningful interactions while enjoying a stroll can definitely feel like a pilgrimage in its own way.

And congratulations on getting your day's achievements done early! That leaves you with some well-deserved time to yourself. Enjoy your relaxation time and the sense of accomplishment from a day well spent!

hope you’re having a great day. I’m on my days off lately. Next two days off.  So I’m hoping to gets some good activity in. Today in the afternoon I’m hoping to go
To writing class and then in the evening do some cleaning.

Have a great 😊 day.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Night run 5 Celsius πŸƒ‍♂️

Night run πŸƒ‍♂️ after work  Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night.  After work I do a 45 minute run πŸƒ‍♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12. It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running πŸƒ‍♂️  I’m sweat πŸ˜“ a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat πŸ˜… the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent  That’s a good feeling, I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ to say.  Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading… Hey guys, Uh πŸ™„ I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing  Eh um  πŸ˜ cough… The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life. Do you think turmeric will help?!?! I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. All of a sudden a gym membership looks doable this morning  a February post I go to say. Both is doable.  Life and books You don’t need a gym mem...
