I get making me some fiber pills 💊
It’s an adventure. I am putting other supplements in which have helped. Ashewaganhda has benefits and so does slippery elm bark.
- I’ve been mixing two table spoons 🥄 of flax and chia seed I with two tablespoons of Psyllium husk
- Same stuff that’s in Metamucil but without the digestible and only the undigestible fiber.
- I only put in 1 teaspoons slippery elm bark and one teaspoon of ashewagandha.
That would be split into 50 capsules.
And I find it work just as good as the Metamucil capsules or the high brands fiber capsules
Does the job for 💩
I mix the supplements in a coffee ☕️ mixer.
Putting them in vegetable capsules.
Suppose to be helpful, also if you take to much it can poison the liver what I read so I usually drink 32 oz of water with two pills 💊 and I we’ll mark that under a quarter what should be used in a 12 oz of water 💦.
The stomach does it’s on blending the supplements with water in my stomach and I find it easy to take on the go and less time to make and clean up is usually just one big formula of making my capsules rather mixing drinks and sitting cups as such.
The cost of making my capsules is way under what I’d buy them for. Also I added digestible and undigestible fiber with it to get my omega oils also.
I also supplement with udo’s oil taking three spoonfuls of that with my fiber pills for the fat content. Most calories is with healthy fats so I’m setting myself up for good choices.
I’m also 🤔 of supplements like tumeric and black pepper with lions main mushrooms mixed together for a prebiotic and having yogurt for a probiotic.
But I haven’t bought anything yet. So I’m excited for that I think I got the black pepper just need to get the tumeric and lions main mushrooms 🍄.
I find it will have some benefit to lose some weight. But I know the tumeric and black pepper will clear me right out so I got to stay home near the amenities.

I’m hoping with this change I’ll lose 25 lbs.
It’s also an appetite suppressant the fiber and essential fatty oils. So I could miss one to two meals a day if I get a healthy amount of sleep 😴 which is savings of 10-30 dollars a day for one person. It would add up quick. Some thoughts 💭 I’m pondering tonight is.
Will I lose the weight. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the last year with med change and my sugars changing. So adding a few supplements will make all the difference I’m hoping.
It’s done it before and now I’m going it should do it again.
Just got to make sure I get a meal in my 18-6 window of eating and fasting. But it’s not really fasting if I’m supplementing but it should keep me in ketosis without keto, flu, or worse, the diabetic meaning of ketoacidosis. Which is completely different what I want to do. I want to burn fat not store fat by eating carbs.
Last year I lost weight this year I’ve gained ten pounds.
