Walk and another faucet job

 Going for a walk with my brother 


We walk around the pond and talk if my last couple weeks.  I enjoyed the walk.  My brother 😎got some bss news so I was mostly talking.

I’m on a up and up trend I find in life’s chaos.

Do I enjoyed the feed back from my wife or family.  Me brother in particular was a great friend in our walk.


He listened even if he had a bad day. 


We walk the dog she enjoyed her time and I relaxed after doing some work at home. Like mowing the lawn.

I already went for a short walk cause Dixie didn’t want me to leave the house with out her.


Crab apples 🍎 trees are rip.  And there public, people could eat those and get lots of antioxidants.  But there are s a few bugs 🐛 in them. Do one bite you’d might want to look over before eating them.

I had a pleasant day.


My brother let me go get a faucet for the house.  I’m hoping to install it tomorrow life permitting.


I got $40 off in a sale got it.  So that’ll be good.



Getting this ready for tomorrow.  I’m hoping it’ll go well.  I don’t think we could go wrong cause I just found out the last one was leaking and so I got on buying this one tonight.  Took more time driving there than picking one out.


Just need to get this one replaced.

It’s been meaning to do for awhile but this is the first time I noticed it leaking underneath into the cabinet.


As now it’s an important issue to get resolved.

Before more water damage happens.

 After seven weeks of setbacks and recovery, I laced up with Dixie and reclaimed my rhythm—3.64 km of steady effort, heart in the aerobic zone, and a reminder that progress starts with showing up. This afternoon, Dixie and I laced up and headed out for a run while the daylight was still holding on. It felt so good to be back out there after a bit of a break, moving at our own pace and enjoying the fresh air together. Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour 🏃‍♂️

  Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin.
