Bryan and I sit in the river after I finish work
I hardly see Bryan very much but he blessed 😇 me with his company at the riverside and we tossed a stick and a ball ⚽️
The dog 🐕 got completely wet and rub up against my legs 🦵 and I even took
My shirt off and lie down in the river. Bryan sat down in the river, with his yellow shirt 👕. He told me it could get wet.
There where many other chairs 🪑 and people sitting in the river and tossing balls in the water for there dogs. We even had a stick float down from other dogs playing stick and the dogs 🐕 🐕 let the stick float away and Dixie started playing with it. It made it easier due to that I didn’t have to get up to retrieve the ball floating down stream when Dixie gave up on it. She knew I wouldn’t let it float on by so she let me chase it then make a dash for it when I got close to it.
The stick is just coax her staying your letting your stick float away and she let it go by then make a run for it.
I’d cheer for her to bring the stick back we did this for a good 😊 20 minutes with a stick and 20 minutes with the ball.
A seagull flew over looking for fish 🐟. Or maybe 🤔 it was a hawk or falcon. It looked for prey it seem gliding over.
Some dogs walked by with a lady and her 3 🐕 dogs. Dixie explored to say hi when they passed our river bank.
The grass is still green everywhere in the
Coulee is wild with life. That burst of rain 🌧️ we had well into spring to summer was making things greener.
We stayed by the river for 50 minutes and sat in the riverside for
Maybe 🤔 ten minutes.
Just before we left. I then had to go in the water against to get Dixie wet. Cause she had to be wet going back to the car or the walk gets very hot 🥵 on the ride home 🏡.
It’s okay walking there cause we just go straight to the 💦 water.
Bryan and I walking back to the vehicle 🚗.
A sunny day and a terrific time.
I think I may stay down her for a bit. On my time off.
We had a range of emotions wishing for more time, more to excuse mental outburst and we had to agree with each other’s days like today are worth to be grateful ☺️ for wonderful days.
Not resentful.
Im reading a book 📕 on religion and a Roman once said you’ll never get nice days like this if you were to die today.
- talking to a martyr.
It sounds like you had a lovely time by the river with Bryan and Dixie! It's great that you were able to relax and enjoy the sunny day. Taking some time off by the water sounds like a wonderful idea for some relaxation.
Great ! C
