Lift weights 🏋️‍♀️ and a evening run 🏃‍♂️

Got a new PR. I think it’s cause I’m new to the weight thing and have only been measuring one weight not both.  Like if it were a 30lbs but two for each arm I’d count it once  I also I did a good amount of nostril breath cause I got a high  Anaerobic level and a far bit of aerobic level too in the exercise. I feel good there’s still a run 🏃‍♂️ planned after this,  a friend bought me fish and chips. And lifted weights with me.  Made my evening and afternoon way better. I had to eat I was getting negative.  Should have had lunch made it to supper. Such is how life goes. 4,563 kg lifted in 36 minutes 18 minutes of weights and 17 minutes of rest. Garmin came at the exercises fast then gave lengthier rest later which helped.

Parade day in the Riverside

Dixie and I got to the river  Dixie got a quarter of my homestyle sausage biscuit and a quarter of my donut 🍩  she is about a quarter of my weight so that’s how I figured that. I drank my ice coffee in the river side  Here is Dixie just about to catch the ball mid Jaw grasp  We had a good time, I rolled up my pants and went in but got wet anyways with the dog rubbing my legs 🦵  Tossing the ball is magical down on the riverside we had the riverbank all to our self’s. Dixie thoroughly 😊 enjoyed her self and did very good with bringing the ball back. I think 🤔 we made a good team tossing it catching the ball, she even shared  the ball very good in my opinion  Now we’re resting out front and writing a post to share, made the most of the morning going slower. A different place in the city feels like a different world 🌎 often. The river takes me to a place where I am not anxiously wanting to do anything but sit and enjoy ☺️ my time with the dog ?...

Wednesday morning riverside plus 27 Celsius

Wow 🤩 green August, I’ve never seen such a green mid August  The coulee look very green this year, more rain than anticipated yet I’m loving 🥰 the weather. The dog 🐕 and I sit in the river tossing a ball 🏀 to the shoreline.  We had lots of fun three other dogs join us I never asked there names. They stated they interrupt my silence 🤫 I was enjoying the moment also with or without more dogs 🐕 we had a great time. One of there dogs played with Dixie ball and I had to go rescue the ball.⚽️  The dog and I went alone the morning got hot 🥵 early.  Plus 27 Celsius by the time we got home 🏡  I decide to take Dixie out of the house a bit. Before work. She is enjoying herself in the water now we’re out front drying off. I take a photo by our regular spot to see the river, where it is, it looks fuller than usual.  Just a metre off shore. Usually it’s 2-3 metre by this time of year. My folks come back from Canmore they say it’s way busier than they remem...
