  Dixie gets two walks today  Kim meets Allyson and I walk the full lap around Henderson Park.  Kim came at the start of the walk and visited but couldn’t stay so she went back to the office, I enjoy Allyson company she is a pleasure to walk with. Both times in both walks I started ten to fifteen minutes after the walk started.  So I walked longer than it says. such is life. Allyson and I get talking about sniffing butts does a dog ever get tired 🥱 of it. That was the first walk.  My second walk below at scenic south side dog walk. Any walk pictures it’s hard to get trying to get the dog named River in my photo and Dixie but only take a photo if sniffing butts, It’s the only picture I got of the other dog 🐕 on our walk.  Sonny is the guy I walked with a colleague after work we take the dogs 🐕 out.   Dixie is rocking the active minutes this month  We get walking checking the river heights even if it’s regulated at a damn it should be like this for at least a month or more, when would hope til July. Dixie is high on her breed active minutes top one third. So I’m happy 😃 for her. We moved the bedroom around and the dog hasn’t been 💤 sleeping good at the front room. We even put up noise cancelling and heat cancelling curtains. So the room quieted down hugely from it as no is colder in the morning since that’s when the sun shines on it.  Although it’s been raining 🌧️ the last week and has been chilly that I’ve had to turn the furnace on.  I do think 🤔 it does keep the heat in. I’m sleeping 💤 good 😊 and managed to walk and chat for a bit with James in the river bottom.   Morning walk at 8:30 🕣  I get walking with James early to start my work out 🏋️‍♀️. I got to lift weights today and do a full house vacuum. So getting an early start is great 😊. I start my day with my morning cigarillo and a coffee. ☕️  Get down look 👀 at the beautiful scenery. I enjoy going to the river bottom it’s just an awesome 😎 place to be. We take a hour an hour to walk 1.77 km which I’ve notice if we still sit in benches the dogs active minutes are still going cause she is playing with dogs 🐕. Early starts are not bad cause it beats the heat and every one walking hasn’t been bombastic on there device algorithms yet. So I feel it’s okay to stop and go and let people pass to meet again on a second pass. We only did one lap. But people did two laps in our one.  Which we gave lots of space.   Beautiful 😍 weather  Checking to see how high the river is in my usual spot. I like the temperature at this moment not to hot 🥵 and not to cold 🥶. I had a great 😊 time chat with James. Walking in a storm ⛈️ well it was a mists more or less. I hit a coffee so I was chit chatty and even if my coffee was Scalding hot I had to dump scalding hot the top of it off so I could keep the lidoff without its spilling. We met many dogs and I had an awesome time down in the river. Bottom it’s like a different part of the world only sane  place to be in Lethbridge I think. 💭  It’s a long weekend this weekend I got to work so holiday pay. Yahoo. I love working holidays. We were only 5% above breed the other day jumpin up to 19% above average. I do the dog rub down at home to get her dry.  She loves her run down with a towel.   I usually don’t post my cigar smoking 🚬 in the same blog but…. I go for dinner 🍽️ with Kim riding the motorcycle all across the city 🌆  A good ride I got near 90 km an hour that’s as fast as the motorcycle 🏍️ would run with my weight and size of bike 🏍️. I might be pushing it to hard also for the bike 🏍️.  About 24 km ride today, decent amount. It got so warm in the house and I refused to have the ac on do I suffered through the heat. The cigar has cedar notes also a fruit 🍎 on the pallet on the dry inhale. The cigar been aging 3 year in the humidor. One of my longest cigars I’ve had.  Mossy taste 👅 to it smoking it but it stops the nicotine craving. My stats on riding with my garmin. Out for dinner at smittys and got a triple ham and cheese with onion rings.  The onion ring are incredible. I couldn’t finish them.   Hey a walk after a month worth of rain in two days The grass trees 🌳 are popping out green foliage is everywhere that rain and humidity sure got the green house 🏡 gases warming up.  It feels great out side at the moment. River sure shot up this week with all the rain before the river was a good yard or few from river bank. After our walk we pick up a coffee I take my jacket off and we sit in the shade. It hot 🥵 outside, I got to mow my grass that takes about 1 hour and twenty minutes. We walk for almost fifty minutes and do two laps. Me met Elsa and Bambi and another animal that was not that after Charlie in the peanuts 🥜 show/comic. She was nice lady and stop To say hi.👋  Dixie is doing good but two days of rain she didn’t want to walk in it. And her activity suffered from it looks like based on her seven day average.
