Kim's Car

 As my first response

Yesterday accident

I think we all can do better even in any house hold when something bad happens to say are you ok. When Kim gets in an accident she calls me first πŸ™‚.

So my first response wasn't are you ok.

Which am infuriated from all this vaccination, tic nonsense. Often anytime πŸ˜‰πŸ™‚ people deal with life and go lateral is.

After I got out of my delay and lag of morning since its on the way to work before 8.

"Scare the dickens out of me". The word dickens has nothing to do with Charles Dickens contrary to popular thought. It was a shakespearean euphemism for the devil or hell ...without saying devil or hell. "What in the dickens are you doing?" "I can't remember what the dickens his name is"

The guy that goes into oncoming traffic to pass Kim as she was making a left hand turn to her work looks like an addict, and sorry to say everyone that would meet him would feel benevolent if nothing was annoying him in a moment.

He was speeding to feel tough and looks as it finally hit some one. I'm sure he went many times through areas and had so many close calls he does need a camera πŸ“· because he's a danger on the road. Sorry is a happenstance to you. That wouldn't be a one word sentence. I think he was unable to take responsibility besides aggressive then next once he gets his outcome freaks out. Just his malediction that would make every effort to resolve a situation a mess in all ways who ever trys.

Your a nice person Kim, sorry your sore.

If he were any bit of a gentleman he would of changed the flat tire on your vehicle as he did with his.

Or at least abstain from freaking out. And ask if you were okay after the accident, then maybe things could of been sorted out without law.  These are the reason for insurance when discussing isn't possible and a reason why have AMA for years.

I am thinking of picking up on rose 🌹 for you when YQL beans and pedals opens to say sorry for the small things but to say I was thinking of you πŸ™‚πŸ˜‰.

Actually a store should be open now that it's 7am. I might go pick it up soon.

A 🌹🌹🌹 and a coffee

I enter the coffee entrance and ask, "May I get a rose and a coffee".

As I'm getting my coffee the flower πŸ’ botanist said she always wanted to hear some one come in and ask for a cup of coffee and a single 🌹 rose.

"You are adorable, Just one of those human thoughts that play in people's mind when they open a coffee and flower store," She said.  It was quite early in the morning so I never got into details of why but thanked her and came home.

She told me ideas on how to cut the end bring the knife towards me and straight down. If I have problems the πŸ”ͺ knife isn't sharp enough.  I get home and put it in a vase and put the grow powder inside, swishing it around as I wait to see Kim, to my anticipation for her to wake up to see her surprise.

The anticipation is.

Getting outside to walk the dog πŸ•πŸ©πŸ•

My morning guy call, we decide a small flower πŸ’πŸŒΌ a good idea for it.  I was up at five.  But went to bed early from yesterday emotional day.  I got my eight hours of sleep which lately all my meds are even a large dose puts me in a fog. The half life for coffee to keep me out of the fog is about half a day.

As we get ready for Thanksgiving dinner πŸ₯—πŸ₯£ today.

Off on a walk

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Gratitude, Good Food, and Good Books

A Thanksgiving weekend of family meals, long walks, and reaching 86 books this year Bryan and I headed out for a walk after he returned from his sister’s Thanksgiving gathering, settling into a steady 30‑minute pace that carried us just under 2 km. The air was crisp with a light breeze, the kind of weather that makes movement feel effortless. I’ve always loved these cooler temperatures—my body doesn’t have to work as hard, and the transition from “easy mode” into a gentle warm‑up felt natural. Carrying 30 pounds with me added that extra layer of challenge, but it blended seamlessly into the rhythm of the walk. We paused at a park bench along the way, taking a moment to sit together before snapping a photo. That small break reminded me how these walks are as much about connection as they are about distance or weight carried. The combination of fresh air, conversation, and the grounding presence of the season made the outing feel restorative. It wasn’t just a walk—it was a reminder...
