  I get walking and do a lap before my dad joins me on my walk. A decent amount of walking my pace has slowed down in an hour to 4 km instead of five km for an hour. I have a mouth 👄 full of red man chew or americas greatest chew. Sort of see it in the photo. The first bit of walk the walk was chilly so we both came with jackets but took the layers off  once on the the walk. We talking camping in September and I say the mountain leafs changed at the end of August and on the prairie it changes at end of September. So it should be a beautiful time of year to go. All ready I see the odd patch of leaves 🍂 that are yellowing but that’s 5% or of 95% of trees leaves 🍃 🌳 that are completely green. Dixie is still in the 25 leaderboard for August. She been good 😊 even with two days of little walks instead of bigger ones. On my days off we had rain yesterday and lots of it. Spanish, Italian, and Swedish last week I got silver this week looks like I’ll get gold.  This spring the couch looked like this.  So today I vacuumed and kitchen, entryway, and office.  I also mopped the office and kitchen and entry way with Lysol floor cleaning bottle.  And a water vacuum to keep the dog hair mites out of the house 🏡 and flying about out of the vacuum.  The water vacuum has a hepa filter and I also vacuumed out my other hepa filter with my rabbit air filter minus2. It’s working a lot better now, and just prepping to rearrange the house 🏡 thanks to Bryan for helping me move a couch 🛋️ in the house 🏡 August.7th at 8 pm at night.  They guy was helpful coming over to help me move it so late ⏰. My last dog, Finn would sleep on the couch after a walks out in a wet field in mud and long grass. You were just dry off on the couch till they could come back inside or get some time to get wiped down. He sort of ruined the couch 🛋️ by couldn’t get rid of it because that was my first purchase from quitting smoking in 2007.   Has ...
