  I sit in the river, another nice day out. Walking to and from the river is a tremendous task sometimes.  Yet it’s worth it for in the moment one is away from worries. We sat in the river with our feet 👣 drying off. That was relaxing 😌 and I think we both needed to get away from the city and sit in a park with a bunch of dogs. I find myself there more often to just decompress my day. Or morning or after a sleep 😴. Wake up stressed the dog wanted to go out. I walked her right away and picked up a coffee ☕️. Walking is healthy, less stressed the dog is the less stressed I am. Excuse the face I’m looking in the sun. Bryan sat in the river, he met me down there with his own 🪑 chair. A relaxing time. We stayed for an hour. We met a dozen dogs 🐶  All the dogs listen well, and had fun socializing.  A few barks of excitement. Small dogs big dogs 🐶 all sort of colours and a nice 👍 time.   Kim and I go for a boat ride Go around a lake for a couple hours😊 My brother and his family waked boarded and the nieces and nephew seemed to have lots of fun 🤩  We went on paddle boards, that’s more my speed with my weight. I do have a wake board but I haven’t used it since my kiteboarding days. I get out and fell in the water 💧 about three times.  Water is nice temperature and we went for a swim 🏊‍♂️ off the boat a bit later. We get out and enjoy 😊 some summer fun out side on Sunday. On Saturday we enjoyed my grandpa playing in a band for his birthday 🥳 . An enjoyable event,  nice to get a church location to let us use there building.  The church even put up a sign on there billboard wishing him a happy birthday 🎂.  I thought that was very fun. The aunts and uncles put lots of work into the event, and it looked like everyone had a fun time.  It’s stellar that we could be there for it.   Dixie and I go for a walk with James The dog peeking at the left bottom of the picture towards the doorway hoping for a treat from Tim’s. She got lots of treats on our walk, but no donuts 🍩 this time. James and I get walking around the park. Looks like a good photo of the sun at dusk. James looking at the beautiful colours in the sky as the sun is set. I enjoy walking with James. He is a good guy, and we get walking and stop for coffee and tea. Originally got green tea but that would keep him up, so we got a peppermint tea 🍵. Customer service is excellent and we walk our trip around the block  An excellent night to walk,  although Dixie is well behaving now after the walk after the nighttime walk. Enjoying our night walking talking of work and customers. Since I work in customer service and the disability field. I enjoyed my job and my time.
