Mini vacation

 Italy restaurant

Kim and I out for a trip.

After a meal, I get blogging about itπŸ˜ƒ ,sitting letting food digest in our hotel.

We go to a, "Truly Italian" restaurant, the meal is reasonable priced, could compare to Boston pizza.  Yet we enjoyed a meal there better πŸ˜‹this place puts more sauce into a meal or dish compared to Boston pizza.  Kim got hers gluten free, freshly made noodles.

I got a lasagna πŸ˜„.  I heard there pizza is also good.  I decided to lasagna instead as I have a Garfield moment eating to quickly. I ate slowly, tried to keep in pace with Kim eating.

We go to many spots on our way, we stopped at Aspen station.  I have a quick vape, Kim wants to stop at a great escape spot(we found on our way back with covud its not open yet, the tavern is) and we go around a station while a scavenger hunt was going on.

The hotel upgraded our room to a suite cause we thought we had a standard room but it was more a suite, With a couch, lots of space, in our room.

A swimming pool with slide and hot tub is available here to use together❤.  An enjoyable trip. I sort of feel tired after our meal after a stopped at Dollarama to pick up some pop, and some things Kim wanted. Her excuses is every store has different stock, I'd say it would have more stock than the store in Lethbridge, as Closer to a bigger city advantages.

Here's our supper out.

Cross Iron Mills

A stop to the food court the next dayπŸ˜‰ for Kim's gluten free sandwich at chachi's and a walk by the Lululemon store.  A quick stop at Indigo chapters. Running out of time in the store, we were counting down minutes to our appointment that got to be just cutting it close to Arrival.

I had to drop Kim off at the door to our hospital  at a very busy foothills and find parking.  Sort of got lost, hospitals at Calgary are massively in construction, after looking for our car, or where Kim is, she had lots to say since she never new were I parked it.

Down load the app for parking in our appointment $$$ cause the doctor spent more time with Kim, is nice a doctor has time for us.  How often does a doctor spend 3 hours a patient, besides surgery.  So very informative, and kind of her.

Paying for an hour and half so I had to do another hour and a half, which would of been close to the full day price anyway πŸ™‚πŸ€£ with lesson πŸ™ƒ of, if I asked right questions or not, I supposedly find our car walking around a few floors.

We never did see our pool at the hotel.  Being a recommendation for activity by our doctor for not exercise, as an activity.

Only once did we see the pool empty, that was because we went for an early dinner, then once the families got back from eating it was full.  We could hear them coming back and going straight for pool side.

The  pool and water slide but was filled when we went by as a recipient's anticipated to excuse for pulling out my cloud ☁️ gaming with stadia.

Kim got her book and movie out.

Gazing Gaming

Trying to convincingly as we`re now 🏑 home blogging an end-of-trip, the old gaming crew to get a game subscription to cloud gaming over and over but they are hesitant if it'll work.  I tested its limits this trip.  An tumultuous task when the gaming crew has kids or teens to get time for guys night gaming with appointments.

Also a task when one find consoles are impossible or to expensive in a market shortage.

Forbes processor low a problem for some others a gift

Stadia and cloud gaming is where it's going.  If the processor isn't available I.... Well, Kim's not going to have a baby which would be the other option.

I turned on my stadia this weekend at our hotel and got to play some cloud console.  At first it never look as if I'd get the controller hooked but it I had an usb adapter for a c-usb.

The hotel needed to confirm the a website which the controller never did, but connect via cord,. Cloud gaming worked smoothly for a few hours.  Made a nice get away.

I sort of figure cloud gaming is the new model if we're not making processor chips and companies are the only ones who can get deals to get them.

I see lots of articles on Ps5 or Xbox pass or GeForce or steam competitive in cloud gaming from stadia gains in this processor chips lows.

Cloud gaming works!!!

We're home now and the dog sitting went well.  Dixie behaved.  And she came home by herself for awhile cause a full day with the dog sitters couldn't happen.  We see it as a successful time, no damage, besides a ball aggression.  A ball sort of got destroyed.

Two parking ticket passes for parking parkade.  A lost our car for a bit.  Took awhile to find again.

We wanted to see friends on our way out, we decided to get moving home before it got stressful to get home to see our dog at her supper time with all our ✋.

We just thought since we were seeing each other friends this week anyway, to get back.  It takes us many stops with Kim and I so every half an hour we stop.  We kind of like going slow.

Either for stretching or a quick vape or visiting some amenities.

We just got home now and it takes us a long time

Became a long day left around 2:30 from Calgary got home at 6:15.....

Another long weekend cause if Appt.

We needed a get away for a while ☺️.

Just to feel like we had a break.

Stressful week. And some time to talk to each other in another embodiment of ourselves in other places.  A weird way of saying to get out of each of ourselves issue that sort of make us feel stuck.

Everyone needs to get away.

We stopped on the way home and got some very good gluten free πŸ• pizza for Kim.  She thought it was spectacular.

Pizza πŸ•at choice pizza πŸ‘Œ

Turned out to be a good time, and with many stops.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Night run 5 Celsius πŸƒ‍♂️

Night run πŸƒ‍♂️ after work  Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night.  After work I do a 45 minute run πŸƒ‍♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12. It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running πŸƒ‍♂️  I’m sweat πŸ˜“ a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat πŸ˜… the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent  That’s a good feeling, I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ to say.  Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading… Hey guys, Uh πŸ™„ I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing  Eh um  πŸ˜ cough… The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life. Do you think turmeric will help?!?! I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. All of a sudden a gym membership looks doable this morning  a February post I go to say. Both is doable.  Life and books You don’t need a gym mem...
