Dixie is the dog from Marley and Me the newspaper columnist had

Dixie is the Marley and Me movie, a huge fun at the dog Park.

At first all the dogs wanted to see her, then once she got use to the crowd of dogs interested in her, I let her off leash.

Dixie and I go for a walk around the lake a few times, enjoying the scene.  First I am really tired and needed to get out.
First thing I say to my wife is asking how I could do things around the house give me a list.

I get a load of laundry on for first task wash the sheets and towels.

Then met my mom for a bagel and ice coffee.  I need it after the night I got.

We go to the dog park 😁 and Dixie is saying hi to kids dogs the whole park.  I doubt she is shy.
Any time she got to jumping up, I quickly called her name and she disengages and goes to the next greeting.

Kids are saying how friendly she is, an well happy dog.  Takes after her master's.

Kim's personality is always calm, happy, grateful, cheerful, optimizating and optimistic. She is mirroringhmirroring dog.
We get home and she d

I change into a cooler shirt.
The dog gets to eating the raspberries off the bush.  It reminded me of the movie Marley and Me.

I am finishing am a cigar, as Dixie is a completely different dog now.  Relaxed after the engery burn off if the walk.  She boosted my mood.  Waking up nauseous and stepping on a dog toy that throbbed all morning.  I changed my attention to more positive after seeing her and the world play my dogs senses.

Sitting here, after a walk a couple chores and clean sheets.  I am hoping I am going to get more structure tonight and get a goodnight sleep.
Any time I get in these sleep disturbances through an emotional drop.  Be it things never untangle from loss of friends in youth.

Yet cleaning up will be less stress. Less stuff lieing out.  Is more likelyhood less chose in my books.  It's hard getting motivated when life seems to crumble in winter, only halfway thoughts and give up.

Yet even Dixie's Bark in the ⛅ and her El Nino dog park greetings.  One all goes she didn't hurt anyone.  The young kids were brave and didn't panic when she looked like she would jump.

When the senior walked to find her ball, Dixie jumped and I called her she stopped turned from across the park and with my waving hands in the air bolted for me. The sat on command and I hooked her coat and lead up walking out if the park.  Dixie lead the park in her enthusiastic mood, she reminds me of Kim's demeanor.  Not the biggest lab Australian Shepard. Yet can go in a room and get everyone's attention.

Dixie got a little scared mid park with her senses, ears back and take between her legs when she greeted. Yet all the dogs were being happy dogs.  And she brought the energy to the park.  Our walk home I wash her face while her paws off.  Wash my hands. As my cigar finishes. The second load of laundry will go in the dryer.  And I might lie down from the third night getting 3-4 hours less sleep than regular.
Kim and I sleep are ensync with if I find it hard to sleep, so does she.  Starting to try to make things more comfortable for a better night. The weeks chores got adding up. Kim said she would get to the kitchen table later.  I will get to the other parts of the house.

The list might be for the tubs and sinks clean. Since I mopped the floor, and got told mop water goes in the toilet not the tub.
Well I might get to the drains as well as another task for a mental note for today.

No sleep, let chores still got to get done.
Cheering for you all today.

6 km done today, that is a achievement by noon. I might even go for liver and onions as we talked and planned.

Kim saw the video and goes we need a fence around the bush.  Yeah we might.  It might also be nice to have her eat them.  It would be good for her diet, these dog as we went to the vet got told have heart problems.  The berries as Google AI says berries are good keeping a dog health for a diet.  I find it hard πŸ˜‚ to not to convincing Kim a berry eating dog might be something in her diet.

And she agreed in moderation.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Night run 5 Celsius πŸƒ‍♂️

Night run πŸƒ‍♂️ after work  Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night.  After work I do a 45 minute run πŸƒ‍♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12. It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running πŸƒ‍♂️  I’m sweat πŸ˜“ a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat πŸ˜… the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent  That’s a good feeling, I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ to say.  Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading… Hey guys, Uh πŸ™„ I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing  Eh um  πŸ˜ cough… The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life. Do you think turmeric will help?!?! I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. All of a sudden a gym membership looks doable this morning  a February post I go to say. Both is doable.  Life and books You don’t need a gym mem...
