Saturday Drive

At a Cenotaph for oil and farmers in champion.

We finish went to little bow.  Yet they have a no dog policy.  So we left after we ate some crackers and cheese.  Will get there, I'm sure if we are fighting over fries, it's my fault.  No lie, I will admit it, it's my fault.

Kim looking at the signs, family could of made those signs and ability resources center could of put in the frames for the Hamilton.  There was a recycling shed the is open for the town and looks always open.  Thinking the city gets it picked up with ability resource centre and I smile as we go by. Walk around the town.

Telling Kim that these Hamilton's everyone watch's you come into the city and leave.  All wondering who is visiting the city of 50 houses.  Everyone knows everyone.  It's gossip completion.  Everyone knows everyone.
I go quite the show, every thing around these cities for miles is owned by one farmer.  That's worth millions. Like 100 million at least.

One gets nostalgic over the Hamilton living.

That we wave at people, through interaction Kim let's a car go through the intersection even if we had the right away. It's almost friendly, I smile at Kim.  That's actually nothing what I said.  Yet will say it for the laugh here.
The driver goes through laughing at me as I pull my glasses off my face red face looking at a wind turbine. That Kim has never been so close to.

Ok I missed the moment, I see it writing it.  Lol

Makes sense the argument at home.  I could of hit a home run with a pitch like that.  I bet I even got 🐈 cat calling that bait on the line fishing.
Any way it was enjoyable the trip.
I got to sit enjoy the ride, best company and the dog relaxed after the lake.  We stopped at 3 cities.  All very enjoyable, taking the fun in, talking with locals.

Here we are at the little bow. Enjoyable time, Kim wish we would of went to the beach with Dixie.  Yet that never worked out.  Kim did find us a parking spot.  Not once, not twice, yes you heard it three times.  Enjoyable time here we are sitting Dixie is all 🍘.

This is Barons, we drove around and chatted.  The place seem absolutely as a Hamilton should.  Smiling in this photo,
The first stop below a little worried of the trip, yet we enjoyed are trip.  Very thankful for Kim, she went to lots of planning on this trip.  All I had to do was put on shoes.

We went around the town's stopping at the legions Halls city Quonset  grocery stores all that we very much in-joyed.  We felt invited.  Felt like the villages would come alive as we came in.  People were mowing there lawns. Fixing trucks. Moving boxes.  All an amazing trip.

This is at the little bow, we walked around and enjoyed the walk.  Dixie got way less anxious after she got a walk and a bowel movement.  She did get to play in the water tap.  At the lake, and that is quite amusing, yet the whole time we are breaking park rules of dogs in public places.  They were only suppose to be in the campsites.

Pointless of the parks.  The joke we laughed and in part spit of talked how cannabis is at the park but dogs are not.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour πŸƒ‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  πŸƒ‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run πŸƒ‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Celebrating Ten Years and Living My Best Life🧘‍♂️ A Quiet Day at Home

πŸŽ‰ Celebrating 10 Years Together Last night was a beautiful celebration of a decade spent with Kim. We marked our 10-year anniversary with a cozy dinner at The Keg, where I indulged in a hearty 20 oz steak and Kim opted for a more modest 8 oz cut. It felt so good to get out together and enjoy a special evening. We kept things simple—just water to drink, with fresh bread and salad to start. The atmosphere was perfect, and I soaked in every moment of our time together. We’re incredibly grateful for our families, who made the night even more special. My parents generously gave us cash to enjoy our dinner, and Kim’s parents gifted us movie money so we could extend the celebration. Their thoughtfulness reminded us how lucky we are to be surrounded by love and support. Family and friends made it sweeter We were so blessed by our families: my parents gave us cash to enjoy the night and Kim’s parents sent money for a movie treat. Our friends even gifted us a 20% tip card for the meal...

Night run 5 Celsius πŸƒ‍♂️

Night run πŸƒ‍♂️ after work  Dixie and I get running at 11 pm at night.  After work I do a 45 minute run πŸƒ‍♂️ doing 5 km we started at 10:12. It was 5 Celsius outside and I felt warm running πŸƒ‍♂️  I’m sweat πŸ˜“ a lot less than I did when I started I’d be in a full soaked sweat πŸ˜… the last six months I’ve improved 450 plus percent  That’s a good feeling, I’m happy πŸ˜ƒ to say.  Making a difference in my life and how I feel. Journaling, exercising, reading… Hey guys, Uh πŸ™„ I was wondering if any of you had remedies for reducing  Eh um  πŸ˜ cough… The feelings of existential dread and facing and bearing the weight of the crashing realities of life. Do you think turmeric will help?!?! I ask myself is exercise really like meditation where you get brain clarity and pay more attention to books or life. All of a sudden a gym membership looks doable this morning  a February post I go to say. Both is doable.  Life and books You don’t need a gym mem...
