Tim and dog

Dixie and I go for a walk with James

The dog peeking at the left bottom of the picture towards the doorway hoping for a treat from Tim’s.

She got lots of treats on our walk, but no donuts 🍩 this time.

James and I get walking around the park. Looks like a good photo of the sun at dusk.

James looking at the beautiful colours in the sky as the sun is set.

I enjoy walking with James. He is a good guy, and we get walking and stop for coffee and tea.

Originally got green tea but that would keep him up, so we got a peppermint tea 🍵.

Customer service is excellent and we walk our trip around the block

An excellent night to walk,  although Dixie is well behaving now after the walk after the nighttime walk.

Enjoying our night walking talking of work and customers.

Since I work in customer service and the disability field.

I enjoyed my job and my time.

 Do what’s best for you.

Obviously our sub conscious is going to do what it wants also,

If it’s to late and a mistake happens doesn’t matter if it was the customer or work. Customer service goes a long way and improves some chance of people coming back. Good service or returns/exchanges and it becomes easier to do business.

Either in work or life.

So far two walks I got over 13,000 steps today. Dixie is a happy dog lately and is better behaved.  Happy 😊 day.

Today is exactly eight months I’ve worked at my job.  It’s been a blessing to others as for me.

my experience so far has made me meet new people and challenges I’ve faced in customer service has brought in more understanding is.

to be a better employee, or a better person to you or to my friends and family.

great to hear that you've had the opportunity to meet new people and that your experience has allowed you to develop new skills in customer service. It's also admirable that you are using your experience to become a better employee and person in general.

It's important to remember that challenges are a natural part of any job, and overcoming them is what helps us grow and improve. Keep a positive mindset and continue learning from your experiences to become the best version of yourself.

Plus 4 Celsius 6.1 km in a hour 🏃‍♂️

Dixie and I go for a run  🏃‍♂️ Dixie and I go for a run, redo a hill run down and up again. Kim picks me up after I climb the hill, I called her and asked since I was over my hour mark, originally I wanted to do 9 km in an hour but I managed to do six km instead.  I think it was the hill climb that did it.  I ran fully down hill no problem 😌 We made good time.  For a hill run 🏃‍♂️   It looks like it will be 13 Celsius by noon but it feels warmer in the sun. ☀️  I took a picture by the usual spot that judge where the river is from other years and with that rain the last couple days it definitely looks a lot better than what it was a few weeks ago Dixie went off leash for a bit and went to the river. Must’ve been cold. I think for April water dip. I managed to bring my VO2 max up to good 😊 today, it’s the first time I’ve put it in the green since owning my second Garmin. So my goal right now is to get an endurance score over 5099 To move past ...

Plus 12 Celsius Smoke run 🏃‍♂️

The dog and I decided to do either a 3 km run or a 6 km run or 9 km run hoping for 10 km but I couldn’t find the energy to push further. It is smoky out there you could smell it and breath it in. Made me in my threshold if I keep a higher pace than 9 minutes km Cooler morning,  I went and got a sausage homestyle biscuit from Tim’s and an ice coffee ☕️  Just getting my day started. I got a doctors appointment later today over the phone 📞 also. Hoping to take the dog 🐕 for a run 🏃‍♂️ this morning but I’m stiff. So hopefully my coffee stop warms me up to get moving this morning. Or just caffeinates me. We managed to do 6.05 km in about 59 minutes. A high heart rate of 172 bpm and an average of 144 bpm. Plus 12 Celsius while I ran but I was in full sweating 😅 by the time I got home 🏡. The last couple weeks I’ve had a low relative effort due to some family losses. But I manage to get out on a smoky day like today for a run. 🏃‍♂️  It’s been raining heavily the last...

A fawn born on our yard

A baby fawn was born on our lawn and it’s trying to warm up in the asphalt I’m guessing it’s still warm. We’re trying to give it space hopefully it mother comes by so we’re staying inside. I just went outside for a smoke and it crawled under the vehicle 🚗 lots of people are walking by it not noticing it then others are stopping.  Quite the thing to see. A few hours old… it’s still wet with mucus on it. With Kim’s super camera zoom is we could see Fish and wild life say to call in 24 hours if animals are left by moms  So we’re hoping people leave the fawn alone.  Although it’s a super cool 😎 thing to see. I think it hoofs are still soft from being born that’s why it’s staying put since it went on that hard surface till it’s hoofs Harden. It crawled on its knees after the side walk and just hunkered down for a bit. Two hours from first spotting.  Still there hiding under the vehicle 🚗 it kind of a good spot of course there’s better picked spots but it’s half and hal...
