Chicken and steak

 Two delicious dinners

The other day Kim made chicken 🐔🐓🐔 with Ceasar salad 🥗🥣🥗.  It was delicious 😋, she made it with olive oil and did an excellent job with it.

She put to much oil in then, drained some of it.  Turned out moist and tender.

Today

She makes steak fried in butter with spices, salt and pepper.  I asked not to have any BBQ sauce with mine and it turned out fabulous.  A meal that you'd get at the Keg a $100 dollar meal.

Kim cut up a roast and cooked up the fat for Dixie, she really enjoyed her dish of kibble tonight.

Mid day we have a game of cribbage before we cut up our beef.  I won, so Kim gets the crib first next game.

Clean vehicles and two good meals.  I think this warm weather is a nice reprieve from the cold, hard to start a vehicle weather.

Dixie is even enjoying our longer walks, and got a special Saturday meal with her kibble.

No pictures of steak and garden salad 🥗🥣.

We ate it up, we even let it sit to soak up more juices, which we never got a photo.  It looked good 😊.

A nice treat for Saturday, I picked up pops for supper and Kim is vacuum sealing the rest of the beef into small roast for us and stewing beef 🍖 also some long tenderloins for jerky.

What did we give up to become consumers.

Kim makes a steak 🥩 like the Keg. Chicken better than any restaurant 👍😋 all at home.

While food prices are supposed to double in the next decade from over population.

I find home dinner as is.  Exceptional.
