It's a unbelievable hand, one you'd say was placed one would think.

Yet I couldn't count it, I had to google to count it.

Time wasted or time searching as in searching for time

It is not what I have for the time the reason for doing this maybe is a note to see how I'm doing, let others know I ok. might be to pass the time for the Kid I never had, or Let it known of me, my life as such wouldn't be so mysterious.
