  After last night believing, thinking, glimpsing that I gave up extreme sports kiteboarding more and more, just to be a watcher, this book 📚 the few I have been in. Well, I believe in, also. How can one person work out guru, and does stretching solve muscle rigidity make someone go MIA?   Where do you find these stretches that prevent muscle rigidity spams?  That could make someone go to the ER. The paths are warmer

  Two walks I get walking to the parks, it's almost another world walking. we go to different parts of the west side.  we start walking by canyon meadows and i go thats where i got a serious concussion. the folks say i thought it was in sandstone with those big houses. thats when i went in the hospital. we had a dead line in canyon meadows that had to work in the wind storm to finish the job. thats when a huge piece of sheet wood flew up and knocked me into convulsions. I ever went to the hospital, yet i am sure my brain was bleeding from the stories of trauma and disaster that occured over that period. homeless for parts. yet we go walking a almost jump from seeing a snake on the path. trying to stay warm in the weather change on the path.  i wonder where it is going to stay for the winter. another time we walk the park the dog jumps up on the bench. walking is another world,  even when you live in the city they build all these incredible parks that seem like anothe...
