One dog food bag for free

Yes, you read it, I go to the store to buy Dixie food.  And they say I have earned one bag free.  These dog bags cost about $100 for each bag. We haven't switched from her puppy food brand.  And shopping local you get to fill glass jars of pumpkin treats without lots of packaging. Makes me free better for the environment. Her gut is happy. Usually, she is in an eating window to keep her weight down.  With all the people food she gets. As when I get home I give her a cup of her kibble at noon. Dixie was surprised at the event of food. Skip munching down and comes sits on me on the recliner. After some jokes about ignoring food and that she showed some affection for spontaneous eating. As I go out I pick up a coffee from McDonald's with my coffee stickers. A small mc double burger and only pay $3.19. My lunch.  Sure I'm hungry yet I have gained and gained weight.  Another walk today. Have to keep walking to drop the pounds I got leading to the season....

A new year in two days, and chores still need to be done

After, toilets dishes, laundry, and clearing off the table.  Almost the laundry, there's quite a story for that, fire prevention that I found it sooner. So a big task of laundry.  I get doing laundry and washing pillows then a mini flood case a pillow spun out the top wash and blocked the water disposer from the top of the washer.  As water splashed out of the top of the washer. Then I found the dryer was not going outside, and going behind the dryer. Which then I panicked when I saw that. Cause water lint it was a mess. Plus the pile of clean clothes was in front of the wash. As I put all the clothes on the bed 🛌, move shelves the whole project took moving everything out. The whole reason the lint went everywhere was it fell off its hose outside.  Why you ask. Cause it got pushed over to fit the shelf. Yeah. That shelf has been here since we moved so it was a lint mess. A moment where I was sweating cleaning the house 🏠. Yet my bpm did not go up in the 170-...

Holiday walks

I get out after Christmas After eating so much.  I know cause I keep gaining weight.  Or so far this last month it has balanced out at 233lbs. I should make this blog my healthy way of living after letting go of restraint on my weight. Yet a 45-minute walk down in the river bottom.  All the dogs out.  Every one of the males.  Dixie has no competitors.  All the dogs chase after her.  At first she will lead the charge yet along the road she's running away mostly getting nipped and trampled.  We enjoy it.  Afterwards, we stop at Tim's and I get her an old fashion donut 🍩. No wallet of course. By the time I'm home I have interpreted that I have lost serious time on finishing my book.  And get home to open book yet have to write a blog post before that.  Talking with my sweet wife, she goes why didn't you invite me.  Every walk I ask you to come and it's always no.  I was going out the door when you got up from a nap. I...

Last month in Novembers storm

Kim and I go for photos this last month. We sort of have not shown anyone because we wanted to save the photos for a Christmas gift. I am sure some of them have got seen by family. Kim's beautiful laugh, I can hear in the photo, and a gorgeous smile could brighten most people's days up. We get cold and get closer; the photos were in the big storm in November The beginning of the storm.  Here are a couple of photos. Kim is a little weary of me blogging again, and I want to save most of the pictures for a surprise.   The family has been asking, and we are excited about the gifts. Five years we have been married. Last night I got going over that I first contacted Kim around this time.   She goes I thought I wouldn't contact her in the new year, to her delight, I did send her a message in the new year. We talked, and I said that lately, it's been too stressed to contact in the new year. I am the type of guy who doesn't have a cycle of women to go through in d...
